I have used executive valet for every flight I’ve taken going out of Ft Myers in 2015 & now 2016. I’m always greeted with a smile even at 4am. They unload your car and load your luggage into the shuttle and as expected, they drive you to the airport and unload your luggage. Pick up is just as smooth. And by the time you get to their office your car is ready to go! I have no complaints at all and I even recommend Executive Valet to my friends and co-​workers. Be sure to pay in advance as the deals are much better!

Had the misfortune to use this parking service for a NY trip 12⁄2 to 12⁄3. When I left the car I asked how much they moved the vehicle; they said not at all. When I returned my battery was dead with red lights on my dashboard saying check charging system. This was alarming and of course the folks working there denied doing anything that would have run the battery down. I took the car to the dealer today and was informed there was nothing at all wrong with my battery or charging system. I don’t know what they did but something is very fishy with this operation.
