Arrived on time, did the job but was very reckless with our furnishings, damaging ALOT of items. Would not recommend for a move of household furniture. Hauling junk maybe, because that is how they treated our furniture that they moved. Have never had movers damage things like this company did. What good is it hiring movers if they are going to ruin your furniture.

College Hunks was an amazing experience! The two gentleman that assisted us in loading our truck were efficient and professional. The movers were able to pack and load a 2 bedroom condo, in the rain, in 4 short hours. All goods were wrapped and packed appropriately.

Don’t waste your time! I set up an appointment to haul away an old box tv. They gave me a 2 hour window for that afternoon, confirmed it and said they’d call when they were close, and then never called. I called the main service number to see where the guys were after they missed the window and was told they were sending the crew a message and I’d hear back right away. Surprisingly, I never heard back from anyone. At all. They never called, they never came for the tv, it was a waste. I’ve heard similar stories from other friends. Use them if you have a week or so to complete your move or don’t have a timeline for removing your junk. Otherwise, go with real pros. These guys are college rookies.

Everything was great! From ease of getting service, the next day actually — bright and early in the morning! at a very reasonable cost, to the smiling and energetic young men who moved our furniture for us. Eli and Tyler were champs! We had a small apartment, but up three flights of stairs on a very hot Florida day. They are a credit to their parents and your company. Thank you all. Where do I begin? Some background info — I had to put my father into an assisted living facility last fall and was in the process of clearing out his 2nd floor condo. His condo is in Fort Myers. I live in Tampa. I made arrangements with this company to come pick up my dad’s stuff. I selected the 1:00 — 3:00pm window figuring it would give me ample time to come down in the morning and get things prepared and be able to return to Tampa by early evening. At approximately 2:45pm, I received a call stating the truck was delayed because the move with the prior customer had run longer than expected. I was assured the truck would be there by 4:00pm. They showed up at 4:20pm. Once they started working, I could see why the previous job had run later than expected. It took them 2 hours to load maybe 2 – 3 rooms of furniture and boxes. I expected a company as big and reputable as this to have professional, well-trained employees and the equipment(ie. handtrucks, belts, etc) to make moving items easier. The movers I got were immature, easily distracted and very slow. And they didn’t even take everything! One piece of furniture happened to be a rather large, oak desk. The movers seemed to focus incessantly on how«heavy» and large this desk was until they finally told me they would not be able to take it. In all my life of dealing with professional movers, this was a first for me. I was also told that we would receive a reduced price due to the delay of the truck. So, instead of the full load price of $ 525, the price was reduced to $ 499. Really? A $ 26 reduction? And they didn’t even take everything! The company’s motto is «Stress Free Service, guaranteed». This experience was far from being stress free for me. Instead of getting back to Tampa in the early evening, I had to drive back in the dark and finally got home around 9:00pm. And now I still have the stress of finding someone to take the desk.

These guys were AMAZING. The only reason I didn’t give a fifth star is cause of a scheduling problem. They were several hours late from the scheduled time, but that was the fault of whoever set their schedule. They had a job in fort Myers, then had a job INMIAMI so they had to drive to Miami to do a move from one part of Miami to another part of Miami, then drive back to cape coral to move us. We had a two man crew move us from a single family home, to a newly purchased duplex. These guys worked SO hard the entire time. They handled having a hyper two year-old around, funky/narrow doorways, SERIOUSLY heavy antiques, and having to basically move furniture into two residences at the same time. By the time everything was done, it was ten at night. If we ever move again, we will use them.
