This place has the best double cheeseburgers in Fort Myers and beyond. We call ahead and place our order for pick-​up. We tried the horseshoe, it was good, but decided we like the double burger better. Fries are good too. We have enjoyed their soft serve ice cream on other occasions. Prices are good and so much better than the fast food chains.

2 Stars due to manager. I showed him the Unilocal check-​in offer for a free regular cone after his clerk didnt know what to do with it. I asked about that because they don’t have that exactly on the menu: small medium or large only. I asked for chocolate and he said you only get a small vanilla cone; eventhough it doesn’t say that. Does chocolate cost them more? I was going to buy something to go after eating the cone outside since it was such a nice night; but changed my mind after his attitude.
The cone was decent so that’s why I gave them 2 stars. They have ice cream and soft serve. You can get shakes and sundaes.

I absolutely love Eats and Treats. Every time I go there the staff is helpful and kind.
The ice cream is awesome. I’m a soft-​serve kind-​of-​girl but I’ve heard all the other flavors are good.
The burgers are delicious and homemade. Definitely stop and grab a bite to eat and a sweet treat after dinner!

They have good burgers but charge extra for ketchup when your burger place that is ridiculous. If your going to charge extra for ketchup you shouldn’t sell burgers. It’s like going to a coffee shop and them charging you for sugar and cream.

Good fast food. Service a bit slow (15m$ because they only had one person working cash and food however once it arrived it was good and hot. Reasonably priced — recommend as alternative to fast food chains (McDs, BK, etc).

This is down the street from my office I love their hamburgers and fries. Exceptional quality for the price. Is it really 5 stars. Compared to whats close, absolutely. Friendly anything but fast food service. Like the chilidog too

I’ve been testing the Love Boat ice cream here for several weeks. Fantastic! They make an ice cream sandwich with home made chocolate chip cookies and ice cream, dipped in chocolate shell sauce that is extraordinary.
Today we tried their breaded pork tenderloin, one of those Midwest delicacies that east coasters know nothing about but they would all love it if they understood it. The preparation and flavor was right but the size was not ginormous as you would expect in Iowa. After further review, the size pretty much matches the price… Good lunch portion for a good price but I’m taking them down a point because of not meeting my expectation of having the meat double the size of the bun. I would pay more for that. Next time I may order two.
The service was very friendly, funny, conversive, and could tell us anything about any item on the menu.
Others in our group had burgers and reported that they were excellent and like the old time drive-​in burgers that you can’t quite figure how to make at home. Everyone like the fries.
The malts were like you think you remember from childhood.
This is a family-​owned start-​up business that will be frequenting when I am in the area.

Wanted to stop after hearing about the Horse Shoe sandwich. The sandwich has french fries and cheese sauce covering two patties on Texas toast. Was a little underwhelmed. The burgers themselves were pretty good, but the cheese sauce was not that spectacular, the fries were average, and the Texas «toast» was really just untoasted, thick bread. Fun to try, but wouldn’t go back for it. The meal itself was huge, but bland. The ice cream was good, tried a small sundae and a hurricane, but again, not blown away.
N.B. also received a negative «compliment» after writing this review from someone who is obviously a big fan of the owners. Definitely not going back now and this left an even more unpleasant taste in my mouth about this place.

Delicious cheeseburgers, onion rings, and fries. Cooked to order and served hot at the window. Delicious crushed ice for the sodas! Sat at the patio for a short lunch while moving. Quick and super friendly service. We just moved down the street and can’t wait to come back and try the ice cream treats!

My Mom wanted me to take her a milkshake to the hospital. I found this place. It was amazing! I got a pumpkin spice milkshake and a peanut butter chocolate shake. They were great. Mom chose the pumpkin one. Also, October is breast cancer awareness month and they are donating all of their profits to local charities this month. What an amazing place! Rock on Eats and Treats!
