I requested a refund of the unused portion of my maintenance agreement since I was dissatisfied with the service. Well there is none. I suggest strongly that you get a second opinion on prices and work to be done. I did and that is why I requested a refund from the company. They did not even bother to call me to find out why I was dissatisfied. Let the buyer beware!

I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism that Marshall Sikes and Brandon Murphy conveyed during my service meeting with them today. My frustration led me to leave my previous service contract as I have lost confidence in Coastal Cooling’s ability to fulfill quality service and lucky led me to this company. Marshall explained the costly repairs I had to make in detail and honestly for the first time made me feel like I wasn’t just being sold something. Marshall and Brandon empathized with me over my previous frustration with the other A/C company and gave me the confidence that this repair and the work they suggested will remedy the situation. I can’t thank them enough for their honest explanation of what is going on and in lay man’s terms so I can really understand what needs to be done. I look forward to investing more money in a business that treats its customers as good as this. I already have confidence in the service technicians that actually do the work because they are under the same management and values!

What a rip-off. The story is much too long and frustrating for all the details but Bruno Air charged nearly $ 1500 for a cleaning. No parts, no freon, just cleaning. I «saved» $ 500 according to them so I guess I should be grateful? I’m an out of state landlord so I was a bit at their mercy. When I got the invoice and realized they didn’t replace anything, I was dumbfounded.
