Boston Market, Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, Fl, Here is my 2 cents and a bit of chit chat. I have been going to Boston Market since they were called Boston Chicken. At all locations including this one. I have found the food good to excellent. Great dressing, Lip smacking mac’cheese, good veggies and chicken, finger licking good. This time no different. Employees are outstanding folks.

We went through the drive thru &Although the food smells good how are we to eat without any utensils. Make sure you ask for utensils and napkins or else you’ll be eating with your hands

They were open thanksgiving for which I was greatful. I ordered the turkey feast which was delicious. I timed it just right as they were bringing out a fresh bird at the time. The sides were good and the pie was great. Love Boston Market!

The stank smell when open the front door will make you want to run away from this Boston Market. Eat here at you own risk!!!

I generally like Boston market restaurants but this one on Cleveland Avenue in Ft Myers is the worst one I have been in. I used to go here all the time back ten years ago– the chicken was fresh cut right of the bird fresh from the rotisserie, the corn bread was fresh soft and fluffy, the creamed spinach was on par with a five star restaurant. I went back after a few years and was very disappointed. The chicken leg and thigh was served to me taken from the bottom of a metal container– it was not freshly cut from the whole chicken– it was dry and old! The corn bread was half as thick and hard as a brick! The creamed spinach was all hot cream– there was no spinach. The mashed potatoes were dried out– obviously the temperature on the steam table was set way to hot. The place reeked of something moldy — I could not get through the meal — the smell of the place and texture of the food made me sick. What happened Boston market? You have disappointed me and I will never return. You would do much better under a management who knows the definitions of clean and of fresh!

I did not eat anything from this restaurant. A awful AWFUL smell meet us as soon as we opened the door to the restaurant. It smelled of old dirty mop water and something else I can only describe as uncleanness. Even my hungry teenage son didn’t want to order anything. If they don’t keep the first of the store clean I don’t even want to see the back where the food is cooked.

Food was cold and lousy. Not to mention, expensive. So many other options out there. Sadly, I’ll avoid this one from now on.

Service: 3 of 5 Atmosphere: 3 of 5 Food quality: 3 of 5 Food selection: 2 of 5 Speed of completing order: 2 of 5 Likelihood I would return: 3 of 5 Was greeted upon entry and waited five mins for assistance from someone to take order. There was only one customer at the register when I arrived and no customers in drive thru. The selection at the time was three sides and the other eight choices were empty bowls. When I was attended to by young lady, I had to ask what the sides they had were multiple times hinting at I was placing a large order that couldn’t be filled by empty bowls. Then a young lady from the back came out an began replacing them. Time to fill order meal for six: 18 mins. Overall experience was ok. Not bad, but not great either. I would certainly go back and give them another chance.

It’s a Boston Market with a drive thru. Don’t understand how they don’t have rice as a side. My players always ask me why no rice… I say… b/c they don’t have it as a side!
