The Eco Plumbers – Florida

Came to my house and I found two guys in my backyard. They couldn’t come to the front door for an introduction. He told me his boss John was an ***hole and told me Andy doesn’t know what he is talking about, he thinks he does but he doesn’t. This was a septic job, no need to go in my backyard at all. John talked to me one night about the job and said he would call me right back. Never did. To this day there is still a six foot section of sprinkler pipe sticking out of the ground and the dirt has still not been returned to cover the seashells they brought up from the septic drain field. Would never call them again or recommend them. I was previously a superintendent for a BC and these guys were pathetic. They were also very expensive. To abandon septic and hook up to sewer only cost me over $ 2200.00.

Annual inspection and maintenance was done by Tim. He arrived on time, very knowledgable, and thorough. He explained all aspect of my house plumbing set up and pointed out ways to enhance providing quotes and approaches that were most reasonable. Very committed to providing support that exceeded my expectations. And this was the second time Tim handled the service call. Thanks to Plumbing Nerds.

We purchased our home about two months ago and had to deal with the city hook up. When the hook up was done our entire front yard was destroyed. The new owner took over. When he came to close out our account he took one look and offered to fix the issue even though it wasn’t his fault. He re sodded (offering to do the work himself because he couldn’t get a landscaper quick enough). I was so happy and impressed. Everything has been resolved and we couldn’t be happier :)

This is a great company! Tim came to give an estimate on one visit, and returned when we were ready for the job. Their prices are very competitive, and they do great work. We have found our forever plumber!

Looks like other folks have had good dealings with this company. I am not one of them. They came, on time, to look at my faulty under sink water filtration system. He took one look at it, said he «wasn’t familiar with the company», and proceeded to try and sell me a $ 4000 complete house water filtration system. Egads! He spent at least 20 minutes giving me the hard sell, including going out to his truck to get the brochure. But what really got me to do this review, is that he left without so much as trying to find what was wrong with my current system. Zero effort on his part. So lame. Obviously, he was way more interested in making the big sale. At the very least, take a friggin’ look at the tank. It’s why you came in the first place! In my eyes, this company is a sham, and they certainly will not get my business. Including their fancy schmancy $ 4000 filtration system!

Great local plumbing company. The Eco Plumbers have done a bunch of work for us and have always met or exceeded expectations.

I had a leaking disposal. Called Eco, they came right out, on time, called to say when they would be there. Checked disposal, needed to be replaced. They gave me price, they put it right in. If not happy with price no charge. Tim was great to work with. He also checked another drain in the house, no charge, and gave us an easy tool to use to unclog drains. Would use them again anytime that we have a problem.

I simply cannot say enough positive things about Eco Plumbing! We had them out to check on our water heater (which turned out was NOT the source of a small water problem), upon realizing the water heater was fine he declined to charge us anything!
They have been our «go to» plumbing company for a while now and WILL CONTNUE TO BE OUR PLUMBING COMPANY.
They are precise, prompt and reliable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The guy that came to my house wanted $ 600 just to go have a «look» in my attic. What an out of touch turd.

These guys were very punctual and replaced the plumbing and shower pan in the same day. I passed my plumbing inspection on the first try. I would recommend these guys for any plumbing work.

Home Depot came out to install a dishwasher and the serviceman said he could not install it because of a leaky valve under the sink. The only time it leaked was when he pressed on it. He said we needed a plumber so we called The Eco Plumbers. Bobby came out and looked under the sink today very thoroughly and there was no leak. My husband looked at it a few days ago and may have tightened the valve. Not sure. But we do know that we appreciated Bobby’s honesty and there was no charge. We will definitely call Eco Plumbers again.

The Ecoplubers did a great job with me this past weekend. I had an emergency, and they were immediately available. Pricing was more than fair, and they were so accessible. I’d recommend them to anyone. By far the best plumbing company I’ve ever hired.

This company is a big disappointment. On the phone they quoted me one price, but when showed up at my house Friday night, their price went up by $ 200. They tried to play on my helplessness and need for the service right away. Guess what — it didn’t work. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
