After 2.5 hr delay, Jeremy (manager) said he would «make it right» and he did. Plus 4runner drives much better.
Scheduled at 8am for oil change and alignment. Told be a little less than an hour. Walked down for breakfast (no call), came back over an hour later, had not even started. One guy trying to manage phones, about 8 cars and payments because boss is not in, nor co-​worker. No idea the quality of service but given I drove away from Midas Norwood on Saturday due to 4 hr delay, I am guessing there is simply no good reliable place to go for even basic service.
