More expensive and lesser warranty period than the apple store. Would not recommend to anyone. The issue i went in for resurfaced within 45 days.

These folks left me hanging on a laptop repair. Despite having the specifics in writing on the repair request, they did not address, and would not even discuss with me. They were rude, the owner was rude, inconsiderate, The entire experience was just bizarre. Friendly? Customer Service? not in the least. They need to begin with listening skills before moving on to anything more. It would have saved them on this particular repair.
