Excellent Service Advisor — great customer service! I needed a battery, called on my way in to work, Nicole said she could fit me in although their appointments were booked up. I was in and out in half an hour. Nicole was very helpful, wish there were more people like her working in customer relations — she would do well in any industry that values satisfactory customer interactions. Have already recommended this Firestone Center to others. Have used auto service at this physical location in the past, under different managers and staffing — this was one of the best experiences here. FYI — they matched the online price AND I got an unexpected rebate…

Not impressed on any level with this Firestone location! Took my car in for a simple oil change and they had noticed a part hanging off my car, but said nothing to me about it. Car also leaked oil after they worked on it. Ok for tires, but all in all will not be taking my car back there for any future repairs. I would like to also add that the wait time for anything to be done is insane. Not quite sure where the bit of a bad attitude came from when I was the one not very happy… Will be taking my car to the dealership from now on. Not making that mistake again! Would rather pay more money to have my car fixed correctly, then to waste my time having to keep going back due to them dropping the ball!

Thank you to Nicole T. & to Lehrman! I truly appreciate the patience and effort expended to help me find a full set of tires without breaking the bank. Nicole was so good that she saved me over $ 200 based on the quotes I had received from Costco & Sam’s Club who both had rebate options. I ended up ordering tires because they were out of stock but I had planned for this and it wasn’t urgent to get tires same day. It only took a few days to get my items in. If it weren’t for the snow closures I could’ve been rolling on my new tires sooner. I was even offered time to go grab a bite to eat & come back. I was hangry so I opted to come in the next day(it snowed) so a day later, I dropped the car off & Lehrman called & gave updates & upon pick-up gave recommendations for maintenance along with information on their current specials to save me money. He was not an overbearing sales associate. I didn’t feel railroaded or pressured to get something I didn’t want or need(run flat tires). This store is well maintained & all employees are easily identified by the name tags or their business cards they have for reference. I appreciate the fact that there were no false promises of when my vehicle would ready and follow-up calls were made for its status and completion of service. I can now navigate the roads safely and with piece of mind that I have reliable tires.
