Okay. I just came from starbucks (around 3pm) and I am still so!!! upset. I asked your employees if they have Puppuccino, which is a secret menu for dog at Starbucks. They were like «What? What puccino?» and this African American lady turned around and made face to her coworkers. Excuse me? Do you think I can not see your face because you wore a hat? Unfortunately your face was reflected through your coffee machine behind you and I saw you making face. Also she went to other coworker who was making coffee and told her what I asked for and they laughed. Are you serious? ARE YOU SERIOUS? wow. I was so upset because she was obviously making fun of me. IN FRONT OF MY FACE. I am still shocked that starbucks has the worst customer service. If you work at Starbucks, you guys better know about secret menu. If you don’t, that’s totally fine, but DO NOT make stupid face behind customer’s back. Definitely not coming back to this store. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I love Starbucks Ice coffee and Americano, so I drink eveyday.
I was so disappointed after I got my ice coffee with full of ice and little coffee.
This is not the way they normally make.

I really like this place! Atmosphere is nice, and I really like what I ordered! (Vanilla cappuccino) I recommend it. :)

Sill disgustingly packed at peak hours– filled with people who are there for free wifi. Perfectly fine with me– I just want to grab and go. I just realized they charged me double — AGAIN. I usually am in a hurry and expect people to be able to complete a simple task as, charging the correct price or the correct number of ordered drinks. STAPH. Just stop robbing me. I usually use my app, which is an easy «tap and go» procedure that hasn’t given be trouble in other stores using similar payment methods, but with Starbucks? Especially this INCOMPETENT Starbucks? I’ve been far more cautious now and ask for a paper receipt.
Ugh. If it wasn’t for being right next to my house, I’d never go here.

Staff is always polite and courteous. They made a mistake on my order but they quickly made things right.

This is my favorite Starbucks store by far, it is always clean, the service is fast and you can always meet interesting people there.

You MUST read my first review below for their SUPER RETARDED move, but i also noticed a very DISGUSTING practice, more recently.
Is it standard Starbucks procedure to pour their newly brewed coffee in large CHEAP cloudy PLASTIC containers!!! Well, i noticed that they do exactly that here!
So disgusting, as the piping hot coffee will LEECH the chemicals from the CHEAP plastic CONTAINER they use. BPA free plastic??? It sure does not look that way…
No WONDER why the coffee ONLY in Fort Lee tastes DIRTY and crappy, compared to other NORMAL Starbucks.
The management policies for these 2 fort lee locations is utterly insane…
I won’t even go on about the ICE they started putting in the half & half and milk containers!!! More sheer UTTER INSANITY…
And it surely ain’t just me, since MANY OTHERS i asked agreed 100% that this is very INSANE and disgusting!!!
I am NOT being petty, and have been going here for many YEARS, since the other coffee shops around here are even WORSE! No good coffee in Fort Lee at all.
Other than these glaring issues, this location is ok.

Clean and friendly staff. They remember customers by name and drink of choice. This is helpful when the checkout line is long and the barista came begin making your order because she knows you. I’m not a huge fan of the new set up inside, but this is an efficient Starbucks.

I love this Starbucks location. I came here on a weekday night and although the store was quite full, there was absolutely no line and the customer service was great. We got our drinks quickly and the barista was able to give us great recommendations for new drinks. It’s a large store with lots of comfortable seating.

Even though I get my coffee from here before work every day, they never seem to remember my face — and I do go there quite often and come across the same baristas. The staff is odd, and you would think you would remember that one customer that always orders an iced grande coffee red eye. Parking is ok but getting out of the parking lot is a pain and if you are on your way to work taking GW bridge, you might have to make an illegal left-​turn. oopsie.

Love Starbucks for coffee and food. At this location I waited on a long line only to be given a egg sandwich that was still cold. Service needs to be better!

One Word: KOREAN OVERLOAD
If you want to see the difference between NJ-​born Korean Americans and FOBBY Korean International students, this Starbucks is the perfect place to do it!!!
Seems like 90% of the entire customer base at this Starbucks are of Korean origin. You’ll here mostly Korean and English spoken here. The Korean Americans are usually chatting with each other in English while the Korean International Students are either obsessively on their Smartphones or Kakao-​talking or gossiping with their chingoos like there’s no tomorrow.
Pretty spacious and clean. Definitely one of the few ‘Starbucks’ in the Fort Lee area to catch up with your friends with some Java after dinner (if you’re not a drinker)

I don’t go to this Starbucks as much as the other 2 in fort lee. This one always has long lines and always hard to find seats. Some times baristas are nice sometimes not depends when you go and who you get.

fairly clean and there is a parking lot. staff are courteous. seating is mostly hightop tables.

Super fast service but usually a pretty long line. Also good luck finding seating because it never happens in the morning rush hour or anything after the school kids get out. I like that they have outdoor seating.

the seating sucks, but the baristas here and servers are always top notch. This store always has a line, but they get threw it quickly.

Eh, as this place wasn’t the best. It was a random stop on our way to Black Friday shop. We were like the 3 – 4 customers but my latte still tasted a little burnt. But the place was clean and spacious and the service was nice.

i feel weird Unilocaling a starbucks since they’re pretty much everywhere (sometimes two on one street jeez), but i will say one thing about this particular location. their manager was super nice when i asked if they had gotten in any shipments of Casi Cielo (my FAVORITE starbucks blend, if you haven’t tried it you must); she took down my number and actually called two weeks later saying that they’d gotten a shipment.
customer service is what counts!

Usually good service, but today service was really crappy. Slow baristas and once one of them finished making my drink, she put it on the counter where it stayed for 5 minutes until another barista moved it to the receiving station. In all, took 15 minutes to make my drink, + they served people who ordered after me before they served me. Oh and this plaza is disgusting, filled with unsavory types and smokers.

I love this Starbucks for one main reason: the friendly customer service. The people that work there are quick, efficient and kind. This specific location isn’t too good for relaxing though. It’s in a busy area close to the George Washington Bridge and close to a lot of businesses so it tends to be packed. They have four big comfy chairs to sit on. No matter what, this is my number one location to go to!
