This place is delicious, Nina is fabulous. Parking is easy. It’s BYOB no cork fee. We went for girls Sunday brunch, you must try the French onion soup, truffle Mac n Cheese, French toast with apples. The décor alone is a conversation. The Chairs, chandeliers and the disco ball. Oh, and Don’t forget to top it all off with the warm Nutella filled crêpe with blueberries. Yummmmm, is right.

This is the type of Resturant every town wishes they have. From the moment you walk in and Felix greets you to looking around at the décor you know this is going to be a great experience. The French onion soup, wild mushroom risotto, escargot, truffle Mac and Cheese just to name a few. One is better then the next — Order all the desserts to share because one is better then the next and finally make sure you get a pot of the Moroccan Tea! Remember it’s a BYOB.

Great option if you don’t want to go to the city for a artist good vibe and exceptional food experience. Yes the owner will make you feel on the phone like they are running a night club where reservations are scarce when they are not. Byob is good but I recently heard they are charging which diminishes the allure of byobs. Overall great place.

Absolutely terrific food. Tastes like it came straight from the Food Channel. Interesting, cool atmosphere feels vintage almost like you are eating in someones living room. Bathroom is clean and smells like a christmas tree. Food takes a while to cook, but it is well worth the wait! Staff is very friendly and you can tell they put a lot of hard work and heart into their craft. If you have not yet been to Khloe I would most definitely give it a try. You will definitely be coming back for seconds!

I had a party for 10 on Sunday morning. Great food and service. Nina went out of her way to accommodate my every request. Just remember to bring your own booze.

Will never return. Been there 3 times, food is great. Service was slow. 8 girls and I went for lunch, we were only ones there. The lunch was 3 hours and 45 mins long. No apologies or anything. Same thing following two times I went.

We went for Thanksgiving last year, & I have been craving that onion soup forever. I’ve never been to another restaurant like this. The food, the service was a 10 +! You can tell the owner loves what he does, it reflects from the pride he takes for his food & the décor. He made us feel like we were company he was having over for dinner & not customers!

We went to this place for the first time to celebrate a BDay and it was one right pick! Beautiful tiny, but, at the same time, spacious place, where you sit freely without other parties interfering with your table. Very interesting interior design, friendly hostess(owner?), lounge music. Menu is tiny but delicious. Beet Napoleon, lamb shank and escargot were amazing. Although escargot is not the one you may be used to, it is worth a try. Tuna tar tar was too sweet for my taste with mandarine notes overwhelming, but still ok. Desserts were perfect also. Some reviews and friends of mine have mentioned the corking fee of $ 25 per bottle. ITISNOTTRUE! We brought numerous bottles of wine and hard liquer and were not charged a penny! RESUME: great and cozy french place suitable both for the romantic date or any type of celebration.

Food is just delicious. My husband has not had a lot of French food, but he is in love now. Yummy sauces. This is BYOB and there is no charge for opening bottle. Why go to NYC and pay $$$$ for food and drinks? Place is nice and staff is very attentive. Try this place and you will be hooked.

Very inconvenient as there is only limited meter parking. Have to say they make a very good onion soup, and the other food is decent. Prices are on the high side for Fort Lee but worth a try.

Ambiance is great! I heard so much about this place that I decided to go on Sat night without reservation. When we got there, we realized that the place was full, but there was a couple leaving and they told us to take their table. Sad part is that the host told us that they couldnt serve us because they had a 20 top and they were overwhelmed. Amateurs in my point of view. Well, fine, came back the following sat to find the place empty. There was only 3 tables. The same host/waiter, was chatting with customers like he was part of the party, it took some time for him to take our order. Not ridiculously long, but maybe 10 – 15 min. Escargot was pretty good, but the freaking pork chop I ordered was way, way, way overcooked. I was thinking of sending it back, but It took like half an hr for the entrees to come out, so I decided to swallow that thing, and left. Also, at some point, the host/waiter sat down to have a beer. Will I ever go back? no! But I do gotta say, the ambiance is very nice, its relatively cheap, and its byob.

Have been few times and will be back again. Tried many things on the menu — nothing disappoints. Love the décor and ambience of this place. Heard about nice Sunday brunch, will have to try it. Most favorite– napoleon for dessert.

BEWARE! This place is a BYOB but they still charge you a corking fee. $ 25 per bottle. When we asked why such a large fee the owner told us because he felt he needed to be met halfway and that this charge was for the glassware. Total BS. We won’t be going back.

The Good — the food is very good. I’ve never been disappointed with it. The Bad — It is BYOB which I normally love, but they have all of a sudden started charging for a glassware or corkage fee. I said ok and that it was fine when the man mentioned it to me but didn’t bother to ask how much because I wasn’t expecting it to be anything ridiculous. BUT for the 2 bottles of wine we opened they charged us $ 25EACH. So there was a $ 50 charge on our bill for opening 2 bottles of wine at a BYOB restaurant. ABSOLUTELY Insane and for that reason I will not be back and cannot support this establishment any longer.

Brunch 11:30am I wish I could give this place a better rating but for me a true dining experience the food and the service have to both be a perfect ! The food was excellent but the service was terrible. I think the server doesn’t know that he is a server I think he thinks he is the hostess acting as a server. Every plate was delivered at a different time my mom waited and extra 30 minutes after everyone ate to receive her French toast.

I am a big fan of the décor and that this was the only restaurant in the area that was open on a Monday. The place was dark and cozy and there was one waiter who was very friendly and helpful with all our requests. The appetizers were great. I especially enjoyed the goat cheese and shrimp salad and the escargot. I am normally not a fan of snails and artichokes, but someone ordered it and I tried it and it was great. The signature dish that I like to order in every restaurant where it is available is the tuna tartar. I tried it here and it was too sweet for my taste. It was not made the way I like it. For the main dishes, I ordered duck. It was good — although a bit over cooked. I must say that I was already fairly full after the appetizers. They were tasty and filling by themselves(the salad more than the escargot, which was smaller). There is also a cool membership concept that is being developed in the place. It will have a second floor that will open later in the year and will be for members only. I am not sure what the place will look like, but I like the concept. If you order tea — know that it will come in a large, beautiful pot, but will be light and have only one tea bag. Ask for extra tea bags and for cups to share. Also, let it sit a bit before drinking. It may be served to you without being fully brewed.

Not bad, good food, french cuisine. Too expensive though, and the décor is weird.

I must say this first. The service can be AGONIZINGLY slow. Like 30 minutes between courses slow. Like 10 minutes to bring you your check or menu slow. Like 10 minutes for the server to take your order slow. Like there’s nobody else in the restaurant and it still takes forever slow. Now that I got that out of the way, you may be able to live with this if: 1) You want to have an intimate meal where you’d want privacy. 2) You aren’t extremely hungry upon arriving. 3) You prioritize food quality over prompt service. 4) You eat there in a small group. The service isn’t all bad though. They are very kind and also very knowledgeable. They aren’t afraid to give you suggestions. The reason I give this place 4 stars, is because the food is prepared well. Good enough that I’d recommend this place to anybody just for the food, but with the prerequisite service warning. We went there for brunch recently. I ordered the Spicy Poached Eggs. Wife had the Croque Monsieur(despite the waiters protests against ordering it). And both were REALLY good. The poached eggs were creative, the spice coming from Korean Gochujang and sweetened with honey. I never though of that before, I’m going to have to steal the recipe. I will be back another time for dinner. I am excited to see what dinner entrees are like. Maybe if I have a night where I have at least 3 hours available.

***Brunch review*** 2.5 stars actually. Sad, because this place has so much potential. Friend and I came here for brunch. Restaurant was empty. We ordered: 1 beet napoleon — $ 11 2 orders of Eggs Any Style(vegetable omelet with goat cheese) — $ 15/each 3 coffees — $ 4/ea(yea, you read that correctly. No free refills) Toast w/herb butter Total per person including tax and tip: $ 33 In summary: décor is stunning, food was excellent. BYOB(didn’t know this). So why the low rating? Well, the problem lies with service and operational flaws. — Menu on website had descriptions, but menu given at restaurant had zero. Our waiter, while very friendly, was clueless. He didn’t know much about the menu and had to make several trips back and forth to the kitchen for answers to our questions. He later admitted that it was his first week so we were patient with him, but frustrated overall. — Re: $ 4 coffee, no free refills. Crazy talk. — Chef should be mindful that an open kitchen means that he is visible to customers. Granted it was our fault that we made a special request after our meals came out and had to send one plate back. Waiter was gracious about it, but chef on the other hand, not so much. We saw you curse at us, dude. Yea, we saw that! — Where’s the restroom? Oh, behind that mystery door with no sign. — No mirror in restroom? No problem, just inconveniently use one of the hundreds in the main dining area. — Needed receipt but they couldn’t print a duplicate for some unknown reason. I get that Fort Lee is expensive and transforming into a restaurant mecca and all that jazz. However, the owner should be mindful that NYC is literally a stone throw away. Khloe isn’t just competing with other North Jersey restaurants, but in fact NYC restaurants as well. Consequently, they need to do MUCH better with service and pricing for brunch.

I’ve been here twice. I really like this place, the décor in this small restaurant is really beautiful, you will find that none of the table and the chairs are the same, they are all different, very unique. Walking into the restaurant, you feel like you are walking into an antique store. The food is great, it’s not cheap but you won’t be disappointed. I have tried lamb shank($ 26) and their daily fish special($ 34), both of them are amazing great! The ingredient is very fresh with right amount of seasoning. I didn’t really try their brunch item, but saw the table next to us ordered Egg Benedict and they looked so yum! I think I will definitely go back and try it. As for the dessert, I love their Napoleon($ 10), the cream is very light and not over sweet, the combination of cream, fresh blue berry and the puff pastry are just great. If you are in Fort Lee and you are tired of eating Korean/Japanese food and you want to try something new, you should come to Khloe. You won’t be disappointed!
