Dunkin’ Donuts

I went to this store for years but its been going down hill. This is not the first time I had trouble with the employees working and this issue. I went through the drive through waited 5 min at the mic saying hello but no answer. So there were no cars in front and I went to the window and the employee gave me attitude and said I had to go around. I asked if I can order at the window but said I could not so I just left, I dont have time for this. There were cars behind me because I we were waiting for someone to take our order from the mic and I did not have time for this BS. Last time this happend and the manager came to me and said i had to order at the mic with an attitude and accusing me of lying?. I dont know if they are just not doing their job or cannot hear me yelling HELLO??? Never going to any DD again

The drive-​thru service is terrible. They always make mistakes and I have to always make sure all the stuff I ordered are in the bag. When I ask them to put sugar in my coffee, they always forget without exception. They don’t have any customer service skill and never smile at customers. It is even funny to see how they are so unfriendly and can’t take orders right.

Probably never going back to this place. Milkshakes are horrible, recommended not ordering that. It’s either pure water or the milk tastes bad. The worker was clearly not experienced and didn’t know what she was doing. They really don’t smile, need new employees.

It’s Dunkin donuts so what do you expect. They need to pay these kids more cuz I want a smile with my coffee

This is my go to Dunkin Donuts.
They’re open 24 hours a day and have a drive thru, so it’s convenient for everyone to go to.
The service can be slow at times inside and the drive thru line can sometimes wrap around the parking lot, but the employees are always friendly and I have never had a problem there.
They just redid the interior recently so it looks a lot cleaner and more modern than it used to.

The donuts got really hard out of the blue. Never going back. Last week I mad an order that came up to $ 2.50 the next week I bought the same thing and it was double. Wtf. Not the best DD experience I’ve had.

its amazing how they screw up the order, EVERY SINGLE TIME. I ordered a croissant with sausage egg and cheese and they forgot the sausage… another time i ordered a coffee, bagel and a donut, and they forgot the bagel. i noticed most of the employees there are young, but youth should not be an excuse for their incompetence. I also noticed a lot of them just stand around talking and not working. This place might be the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been to. Giving them 1 star is far too generous.

I recently moved nearby from nyc and was surprised how dunkin d can be this different. All dd’s are different with coffee but this is just old unfresh weak coffee. No matter how many times I go here for coffee no change. I thought these places have their standards this is just… OMG I have to stop being lazy, i still go every once awhile because of the drive-​thru convenience. Oh they screwed up my order couple times but that happens. 2 stars for the drive-​thru.

Zero complaints here. They have a drive-​through and a large store which is shared with Baskin Robins. There’s also plenty of parking. They’re open 24 hours. Loses a start because the service is slow inside. If you go through the drive-​thru, you’ll be fine.

Probably the worst DD I have been to. I went in today with my two other friends. I got a corn muffin which was horrible and beyond, it felt like I was biting into sugar cubes. My one friend got iced coffee which looked literally like milk and water. It was tasteless and she couldn’t even finish the whole thing. My other friend got ice cream she said she wanted to throw the waffle cone out because it tasted old and like cardboard. Overall I would save your money and go to a better DD and don’t waste your money here.

I’m a huge Dunkin Donut fan and been to this one more times than I can count but I must say this has to be by far the worst dunkin donuts in the area. They constantly mess up your order. You want a large late, they give you a medium pumpkin late, you want a bagle with extra cream cheese, they give you a little bit of cream cheese, you want something toasted, once in a blue moon they will toast it for you. Like are you Kidding me?! It’s amazing how they are constantly messing up because they have so many darn people working here! Recently I ordered a late and there was literally no coffee in my cup only foam, thats just wrong.
Service is also a hit or miss, sometimes they are really nice and other times they are just plain rude.
The upside is that there is plenty of space inside and is clean with clean bathrooms, they also have a drive through. The only reason why I keep coming here is because its conviently close to my house. However is your in the area looking for a dunkin pick any one but this one!

Location wise it is very convenient for lots of people especially truck drivers heading to and from nyc, unfortunately nearly every time i have ordered a flavor coffee they mix it up with a different flavor. The place is decent on the inside but one time when i placed an order i was talked to very weirdly by the guy taking my order and he asked me very random personal questions and made no sense. A suggestion is to maybe put more time and consideration into who you hire.

This place ran a lot better when there was a young gentleman manager (skinny white younger guy) running the place a year or 2 ago. He was there for about a year or 2, maybe longer. He was always on the registers in the morning, helping out, and the place ran SMOOTH.
You go in there today, that manager is GONE, and the place is slow like molassas. This started about 6 months ago. The people behind the counter, not well trained, no manager which I can distinguish is helping, and everything is SUPER SLOW. The people at the counter look like they need a few cups of coffee themselves, and very unfriendly. When you have to stop in to get a cup of coffee, and you have to wait 10 mins, something is wrong!
Whether the old manager quit, or was forced out. whoever owns this store, you made a HUGE mistake losing that guy. Thats all I got to say, and wife agrees also.

Don’t Mess With My Coffee In the Morning Before work. im fired up:
Long story short…
The worst Dunkin Donuts experience I’ve ever had or will have. I ordered a medium turbo iced coffee with toasted almond flavor and a little half & half. I had to repeat my order 3 times and had to tell the cashier that there is a turbo shot in the Turbo Iced. She wasn’t sure how to ring it up and after calling someone over to help punch in this in, I ordered a toasted everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese. She said back to me, «Plain?» and I had to say again No, Vegetable! Then repeated the order one more time.
So long story short… The girl that was doing my coffee came over and handed me a steaming hot cup. I then told her that Turbo Iced coffee is cold. She said, «oh okay» went back to make another. Im there about 6 minutes now and she comes back with a coffee that was beige. There was so much half and half in there it looked almost white. I asked her nicely to add some coffee to it. She did and for some reason it turned lighter. I asked her again to please make it darker. Now she poured out half the cup including the ice and I’m sure the turbo shot at this point and dumped more coffee in there. The toasted almond completely gone at this point. Hands it back, I tasted it and it tasted like warm chalk. Asked her again to please, please fix it.
soooo long story short…
NOW, I’m late to work because this is going on 10 minutes. Adds more flavor to it but no shot and no more ice. I realized it was a battle I was never going to win so left with my warm iceless cup of half and half with a splash of coffee. AT least I had my bagel, which was never toasted and had plain cream cheese. This place needs to be leveled and turned into a parking lot. DO NOT GO THERE.

This has to be the worse DD on earth… and unfortunately they are about 2 miles from the busiest motor bridge on earth (GWB). This place literally has messed up a black coffee on me on several occasions… how is it possible to mess up black coffee you ask? Go to this DD and they will find a way.
Unfortunately, the location is just far too convenient for me that I actually continue to go there relatively frequently. I just go in with the expectations that it will take 10 minutes to get my coffee and some part of my order will get screwed up one way or the other,

One of the largest DD’s I’ve been to. It’s located between Bergen blvd and Route 46 east… so it gets busy in the morning, especially the drive-​thru.
This store has a drive-​thru, large seating area, a Baskin Robbins and they also have a lunch menu with sandwiches and salads.
Store has always appeared clean and I’ve always received good service here. This place is Very popular with the Asian community.

After I forgot to mention «with milk,» the kid at the drive thru walked out to my car and personally handed me some more napkins and my drink so the line wouldn’t back up, and I wouldn’t have to get out of my car :)

Standard dunkin donuts with ample parking. America runs on Dunkin? ahhh?
