Dom is an old-​school tailor. It’s a bit tough to understand him at times. That said, he does not take short cuts and takes his time to make sure that his work is meticulously done. I had a pencil skirt taken in and the silhouette is perfect. I also think he is reasonably priced.

I will never go back here. I got my chiffon dress altered, which was fine. But when I looked closely, there was a «L» shape cut on the bottom of the dress. I am not a happy camper about it. Won’t go back.

I bought a dress off the rack for my daughters wedding and Dom fit it to me to perfection. He also made a small train for me. He is very friendly and knows his stuff! Highly recommend!

I had 5 shirts taken in to make them a more tailored fit and they were done perfectly. Also was done for a very reasonable price compared to others in the area. Will definitely be back for all my tailoring needs.

Mr. Vitetta is an incredibly gifted tailor and all around nice guy. I’ve been here twice to tailor a pair of pants. The first time, I needed the pants to be taken in extremely last minute and he was able to do it the same day. I came back a year later to have them let out because I gained weight and he was able to add 2.5 inches. He did a perfect job both times and the price was reasonable. I will never go anywhere else for any tailoring work.

Found Dom through Unilocal reviews and frequently passed by his shop while driving through Fort Lee. Very friendly guy who quickly visualizes and pins the adjustments necessary on my suit. Suit was ready in 2 days, looked great! My only complaint is that the liner was hand stitched vs sewing machine; makes me concerned that the thread can break and liner would separate from my jacket. Otherwise very good experience, and takes only cash.

Mr. Vitetta did a superb job with altering two dresses with complicated material. The first was lace and the second a wool crêpe. Both dresses fit perfectly and I can confidently say that no one could tell anything had been done.

I am very picky and Mr. Vitetta is very good. He used to make clothes, like men’s suits, and now does perfect alterations. He really understands different materials, cuts and fits. He is also very reasonably priced and turnaround time is good.
