This is the worst service ever! I stopped this service at my house with the gentleman who was servicing my pool-​he unbeknownst to me was a subcontractor who never contacted the company to stop service and I moved out. Months later I recieve a collection letter stating I owe them money for services that never got stopped by thier contractor! Horrible customer serivice when I tried to clear it up. Having to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau because they insist I owe yet they have no proof they were at my house! Never recommend this company for ANYTHING!!!

Uniserv unfortunately bought out EcoTech who was great. Now the informed, great, communicative staff has been replaced by what I perceive to be low wage workers. Quality has dropped. We can barely communicate with our pool guy who btw left our water running one day. Trying to resolve that was a nightmare. At least my pool is a bit cleaner than the job Aqua Buddy did but that’s not saying much.

While checking on the Living Social website, I ran into a special for Pool and Lawn Extermination service from Uniserve. It sounded like a great deal and I figured I would give them a try. I called them and they told me they would call me back as soon as a rep was available. I was a bit nervous but I have to say they called me back quickly and the next day the rep came over to look at the pool and check the water. Needless to say there schedule to start service next week. I believe it’s going to be a great relationship if they continue to provide the service that they have so far. Will update review as soon as possible.
