EVERYTHING in the previous two reviews is 100% true. This place is horrible. I purchased the deal in December for 3 massages, and it took until March to finally get a call back from someone, and then I couldn’t get an appointment until the middle of May. The week before my appointment the therapist called me and said they need to reschedule because their dog bit their hand and they couldn’t perform the massage. We rescheduled for a week later, and when I arrived at my appointment the therapist wasn’t there. Just like the previous review, I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and the girl at the front desk told me my appointment was for 30 minutes later than they scheduled me. After waiting an hour my therapist was finally ready and I went in for a massage that was mediocre at best. I’ve been trying now for 2 weeks to get a 2nd appointment so I can use all three before this place goes out of business but of course no response. I called this morning and they will be closed for renovations until next week. I think it’s time to just get a refund and forget all about this place!!!

I completely agree with the previous review. I had two massages purchased on groupon and I had tried to schedule, via phone, email and have had absolutely no response. They sent an online Groupon appointment calendar but it was full through the calendar availability. Groupon has sent me refund for one massage that had not expired, but the previous purchased that had expired will not be reimbursed. The one that expired was becuase i could not get a hold of anyone at the business after many calls and emails — the business voicemail said they would honor expired groupons, but apparently not if they will not return your call or email. These type of bad business give the groupon/livnig social companies a bad name.

i tried repeatedly to contact the massage studio and spa, leaving 3 voicemails(about a month apart) and writing two emails, all of this without ANY response. only after many months past, the studio set up a groupon scheduler. i scheduled an appointment for a groupon that has since expired, but since they knew about the scheduling problem they did say they would still accept it. i showed up for my appointment at 11:30am, 15 min early for my 11:45am appointment(as is expected with massage/spa type appointments). the door was locked with a «will return at 12noon» sign up. i waited. someone did show up at noon, but it was not my therapist. my therapist had text this gal and said she was running late. she also insisted that my appointment was at noon, several times, and then said«i don’t know, i just work here» then, just past noon, she text again to say she was just leaving her home(30 min away). the gal told me that i could just get a refund from groupon if i didn’t want to wait. i told her i would wait. when my therapist did arrive, it was nearly an hour after my appointment time. the massage was not very good, although i have had worse. i do not want to go back to use the other groupon(actually a set of 3 massages), the business told me that i should contact groupon to get a refund. she also mentioned that the reason they sold 2,000 massage groupons was because they were planning on an expansion, which did not happen. they just don’t have facilities to accommodate all of the certificates sold. maybe they just don’t have the therapists? there were 3 empty rooms that people could have been getting massages in! i could go on and on… but that is the nuts and bolts of it

TERRIBLE!!! DONOTUSE!!! I have never written a negative review in years, but this just frustrated the heck out of me. I have left at least 8 messages(because they dont have a receptionist!) and no one has returned my call. TERRIBLE!!!
