We used this company to drain our septic tank about two months ago. I dug up the septic tank in hopes of being charged less. They knocked off $ 20… Ok fine. The guys that came to do the pumping were slow and unprofessional. They left and didn’t even cover the septic tank up. Whatever I did it and alls good. However now I call back because we need the drain field replaced and the customer service was atrocious. They speak to you as if you’re bothering them and we should be grateful to give them our money. This is an expensive job and we need to feel comfortable with who we fork over thousands of dollars to. Apparently this company doesn’t understand that and they feel you should just call them then shut up as they tell how it’s going to be. I’d like to have an idea of what the cost will be before you show up with your sales plan. Or at least be courteous and respectful with potential clients. Act like you want the job. When you act like you don’t need it that leads me to Believe one thing. You must be making enough off the people you rip off so you don’t have to worry about pleasing people who want honest good work. I wish I never called this company in the first place. I had a good lil chuckle when I got on Unilocal and saw I’m not the first to feel disappointed with their customer service. If it smells like sht and taste like sht it’s probably Johnson’s enviromemtal services

We recently moved to a home on a septic tank and were referred to Johnson’s from my parents who have used them for 30 years. We were very DISAPPOINTED with their service and with the representatives that answer the phone(that always say«NO”-see other review below). The phone reps are the very first impression for customers. Attention Pete C: when we had difficulty communicating with your office representatives(regarding a problem), we respectfully asked to speak with the owner and were rudely told that they do not give out that information and that you would not be interested in speaking with us regarding our concerns.

I can’t speak for their services because I never got that far. Terrible phone etiquette and very rude. I called them up with a plumbing and septic tank emergency and the representative cut me off mid-sentence with«NO.» After an awkward couple of seconds, I asked her what she meant, «No…you don’t offer these services? No. you can’t come today?» She then just said«No» again, and that was it. When I explained that it was an emergency and sewage was back-flowing into the house, she then begrudgingly said she could maybe have someone come out in 3 or 4 days. No thank you. Very rude, and I won’t be calling them ever again. It’s one thing to be unavailable, it’s another to rudely and angrily chase a desperate customer away. I ended up calling A Alligator and they were very sweet and responsive.
