i would never use hotwire hotel booking again. they have a bait and switch
program where they give you «examples» of national chains that you can
book with, that they say are comparable, however, they make you pay for the reservation before you know the name of the hotel and address.
after getting the hotel information and reading the reviews i was horrified to find that the hotel was below standard to say the least. i hope this helps others from having to be on the phone for over 2 hours as i was.
