Let me start by saying how miserable it is to get rid of your car or junk it, you know what your car is worth and what is and isn’t reasonable… I LOVE HERCULES TOWING! Karl, who took my calls and hauled away my broken baby, was nothing but kind and thoughtful through the entire process. It was ALL ABOUT ME, whenever I was available to talk with him about the car, to negotiating the right price, to whenever I can be by the car for him to pick up my car located in a gated community (2004 Hyundai Santa Fe). He was extremely patient and customer-​attentive. I hope MORE people use Karl and Junk yard Towing/​Hercules towing, because our community needs more mom and pop guys like this, not the corporate junk yards paying you the bare minimum to increase their margins on salvage/​steel, etc

Needed an old car towed to be junked, I called around and found Hercules Towing. I have never had a nicer towing experience, ever. Very professional and friendly, warm personality. I was very glad to see the car go with such a gentleman. I now keep the number on standby in case I need towing services.
