My bagel sandwich wasn’t very good nor was my boyfriend’s panini. It tasted like it was frozen and then put through the converter type toaster just to warm it up… Which wasn’t done completely because there were parts of my egg«patty» and sausage patty when I bit into were still cold. We order with one person who then started making our order then we’re asked to go to the cashier to pay. She asked us what we ordered which I found strange that they didn’t have a way of knowing already what we ordered and just telling us how much it cost automatically like other restaurants. Definitely not a GREAT bakery.

1 star cause I can’t give 0. Had a Cuban panini in south Florida. They have a bakery and panini press. Pre-made sandwich that they microwave. Then put in the press still in paper. Panini was wet and mushy. Yuck for $ 10.

How does one screw up toasting a bagel? They did. Twice. Worst, the bagels were not good at all — certainly not fresh. Do yourself a favor & skip the place. I tossed both bagel put after eating only a couple of bites, and I was hungry.

As a Jewish girl who lived in South Florida, there are enough of us around that there’s no excuse whatsoever for this place, airport eatery or not. I don’t like my bagels toasted because when properly done, there’s no reason for it. I insisted on not having it toasted when I noticed their conveyor belt toaster was on fire and I regret that decision. Apparently they toast them here to finish cooking them. I couldn’t eat the bagel because it was gummy and obviously not cooked. I was offered a replacement, but no thanks. Staff tried to do right, but there’s only so much right that can be done in this situation.
