Too bad I can’t give her 10 stars! SHE IS AMAZING to say the least. I started going to her by recommendation of my girlfriends in different circles. During my entire pregnancy she was the best! Very hands on, answered all questions and always honest with me. Her staff is a 10 also. Anytime I called if they did not have the answer they called me back that day. Only good things to say about her and the office.
TIP: Try to make a early apt. She does get backed up like all GOOD doctors.

She did not bother to see me until the seventh month of my pregnancy. At each visit prior to meeting her, I would ask why I hadn’t seen the doctor and was told she was busy. When we finally met she was not warm or personable and rushed through my questions. She failed to diagnose that I was high risk. Found out from another doctor she should have known based on my scans.

As ladies, we all know what going for our annual gyno check up is about. It is not the most pleasant type of exam. I’ve lived in two other major cities and I must say that Dr. Fahey is, by far, one of the best doctors I have ever been to. She made me feel at ease right away and spoke to me as though I was a friend of a friend. Excellent ‘bedside manner’, as they say.
I did have to wait for quite a bit, though. My entire visit, from when I walked in, to when I walked out of the door was an hour and 40 minutes. Here’s a bit that you don’t usually hear about when visiting a doctor… When Dr. Fahey entered the room, she immediately commented that she knew it was quite a wait, apologized and explained that she was about to go out of town, therefore the schedule was jammed. So many doctors are pompous and/​or condescending if you mention the wait time, or give you no response to your comment. She was very thorough, answered all of my questions, has a great personality and a good sense of humor. She is… a delight.

Dr. Fahey was great to me while I was her patient at Broward General Medical Center. She made me feel comfortable and she was easy to talk to. The only reason I didn’t give her 5 stars was her office. This place, not unlike most medical offices, is touch and go with their friendliness and helpfulness. I did complain a couple of times, because I feel if you don’t speak up no one will ever change their behavior. That did help. Sometimes I also felt a bit rushed by Dr. Fahey and didn’t get a chance to really discuss my options or ask questions. Make sure you make her give you her time. You’re the patient. Other than that, she’s great!
