I bought a Groupon for this pool service and they turned out to be decent. The only issue was that when I called to redeem the Groupon, I explained to the woman that I was going to be out of the country when they serviced my pool for the first time and thus, not reachable via phone. The service guy couldn’t find my house and he left a message which I didn’t receive until I got home almost two weeks later. It just so happened that they sent another guy the second week and he found my house without any issues. So, I was only able to get three service calls instead of the standard four. I did inquire(before I left for vacation) that if this happened, would they be willing to extend the Groupon another week? The woman agreed to do this. However, when the Groupon expired, they did not extend it another week. I even saw the pool guy pulling up to my driveway a couple of days after it expired and he said,‘Sorry. Your Groupon expired and I will not be able to service your pool anymore without a new contract.” I replied, «Since your colleague wasn’t able to find my house the first week, shouldn’t I get this week included?» He replied, «That’s not how it works. We left a message for you and you didn’t call us back. Luckily, I was able to find your house the next week. I got to go. It’s Friday and I am really busy.» First of all, what does it being Friday have to do with anything? Second of all, I believe they should have honored the Groupon for one additional week. Since I know how to service my pool, I am not going to fight this anymore. I do think that in the future, this company should do a little better job of listening to their customers.

Would not recommend this pool company. They took over our pool service from another company, they seemed fine at first. But then we had started to experience problems. The biggest being thy left a container of acid at my house after t had called to tell them my pool was turning green. The tech who left it behind was suppose to come remove it immediately he did not a couple days later we had to call again, we have small children at home and this container was left behind in my backyard in reach of my children. Besides this incident there were other minor ones at which we called to discuss, I was told by Maurice that our service was discontinued as they felt we called them to much. I guess we should not bring to their attention service that is less than adequate, the fact my pool was turning green under their care and that their employee left a dangerouse chemical at my home where my child or dgs could have benn harmed. Customer service is not top on their list of priorities.
