I am a long term customer. I purchased prescription glasses a couple years ago which I rarely wear as I usually wear contacts. The protective coating is all messed up on one of the lens. Hard to see through the lens. I brought glasses back to store for assistance. Unwilling to help at all other than for me to replace the defective lens at full price.

Very professional and straightforward. I came in to repair a pair of designer frames for which I had lost an odd-​sized screw. Marc was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the frames and gave me a time to return, then called me earlier than expected with confirmation they were fixed and ready free of charge. I will definitely return here next time I need eyewear.
