I’m a hot dog lover and had to try BKs. First of all, this place is open. I tried the dogs at two locations and they are horrible. That I can tell you. I payed the price of acid reflux all day. Never again.

This place is needs to shut down nobody in line nobody in the restaurant just me ordering some chicken nuggets and no lie 15 mins I had to wait service here sucks never again will I stop here

Wish that I could have given no stars at all. Rude customer service in the drive thru. Classes should be given as to how a customer should be spoken to.

Person (jacavier) at window was very very rude. Asked for two cups of ice 3 times before she yelled «I heard you ma’am!», slammed the window then came back with the waters. I nicely asked for the manager then She slammed the window in my face once again and went an got the manager. Kim the manager came was very nasty as well. I asked her for the corporate number and she said he didn’t have it and I needed to get it off the front door. I asked for it again explaining that I cannot see very well and she refused. Then when asked or the first persons name and spelling she said she doesn’t give out spellings of names. She then rolled her eyes at me and said «I dont have time for this». So I drove off and stopped out front and had to get somebody else to read the phone number off the door. When I called the offices were closed and I was unable to leave a message either! food was warm at best. Not only am I not returning to this location I am not giving any bk my business again. I would rather make my lunch at home than pay money to be treated like garbage!
