Broward Insulation & Air Conditioning

Removed all fiberglass insulation. Installed 6″ Open Cell Spray Foam Insulation Job Completed May 18^th 2016.
Removal went well no issues. 1 Day to complete. Spray foam was delayed because of machine failed. When they came out it went very well. Took 1 day to complete. Had a few issues with Ceiling Dry Wall but Owner had someone come out and repair. I can honestly say this is by far the best Project I have done for saving money and becoming more energy efficient. My Nest is showing going from 12 – 14 Hours a day running down to 6 – 8 Hours. 2015= May 18^th — June 16^th 2016= May 17^th — June 15^th My FPL Bill comparison for June: Avg temp for both 2015 and 2016 was 88*F KWH Billed 2015 = 3152Avg 105 KWH KWH Billed 2016 = 2403 Avg of 80 KWH Very happy with ROI on this project.
Attic Temp: is now only 5−10*F above living space temperature. Before it would be in the 120*+F.

We received a thorough evalation, very clear explanations as to the plan of action, and good pricing. Our house has skylights in the living room. Better insulation and A/​C savings required insulating the vertical walls in the crawl space leading to the skylights. This was not something any other company observed or suggested. Super polite company. Appointments set and kept in a timely fashion. Ethical and thorough.

After almost a year of different A/​C technicians and various expensive attempts to cool our home we ended up finding Broward Insulations and it was a Godsend. This is the type of family owned business that you hope to find. They came over and provided not only a price estimate but an explanation to every option. He sat down with me, asked and listened to all my issues before providing the best solution. They provided a solution to insulate my attic (which apparently none of the A/​C guys notices after having walked up and down the attic several times). In addition, they ended up installing storage decking in the attic and installed a brand new attic ladder. When they came over, Jeremiah was in charge and I couldn’t have been happier with his attention to detail and service.
