If you are looking for a very traditional Bikram spot come here. Nice clean and welll managed. Offers water refill and Kangen water. Two showers so you don’t wait.

I went to class 3 days while I was in town… great studio, the instructor was awesome. Clean too. they share their reception area with a spa… smart move… after class, I went over to the spa, took a great shower, rehydrated and then got an awesome massage… Can’t wait to go back and sweat again.

Great Studio! My home studio is Bikram Yoga Ann Arbor Mi. I have a second home here in Lauderdale By The Sea I found this Fort Lauderdale studio after I tried some other studios in Fort Lauderdale. This studio is clean, friendly and great teachers and of course great yoga. I personally think Bikram Yoga is the best yoga out there. I call it my AA my ATTITUDE Adjustment. I always leave feeling inspired! Thanks Fort Lauderdale Bikram Yoga!

I practiced Bikram yoga in both Boston, MA and Decatur, GA before moving to Dania Beach and I am so lucky to live 15 minutes from this clean, sparkling new facility! There are several sessions every day so I don’t really have any valid excuses not to go. The staff are all well-​versed in the Bikram script, yet each brings their own individual twist to make the instructions fresh and keep me engaged and trying hard to be a little better every time.
A bonus is that the studio shares space with Prana massage & beauty where sore muscles and ligaments can be relieved and fabulous facials with Dara keeps skin looking it’s best. Parking is free and always available. There is a receptionist to help out during check-​in, so classes start on time and chilled filtered water is also free, so bring your own bottle. Bikram yoga is a lifestyle and this studio is very supportive to those willing to make the commitment.

This studio is absolutely lovely in every way. I travel a considerable amount for work and have visited many bikram studios around the country; this studio is by far one of the best. The studio itself has wonderful, odor-​free flooring; the women’s facilities are gorgeous; and the teachers are incredibly helpful and give helpful corrections. I can’t wait to be back in Fort Lauderdale to visit it again!
