Never in my life received worst customer service. The guy working at the table jn Fort Lauderdale beach was rude and arrogant. He went by the name of Deeko. I went in with all the info from the website (price and time) for a banana boat ride. He wanted to charge me more than the website’s price but then agreed to honor what the website said– party of 6 or more $ 20 a person for 20 mins (we were a party of 11). I put a timer for 20 mins as soon as the ride started. When they were done there were 11 mins left on the timer!!! When I brought this up the guy said that the ride was for 15 mins (website said 20) and that the prices on the websites were for only some parts of the year. Website did not say that. Still, they owed me at least six more minutes. He acted like he was doing me a favor for giving me more time. I could keep going about how he treated us and things he said but don’ want to keep using my time on this. In a nutshell, fun ride terrible customer service. There are other options in Fort Lauderdale for this type of entertainment…

We rented a 21′ power boat from this firm. They were less expensive than the other rental facility near the Bahia Mar and seemed friendly enough. So we rented a boat for an afternoon. We are avid boaters and know boats and are very comfortable in them.
So we ventured out into the inner coastal for an afternoon of enjoyment only to find that the boat had the worst steering imaginable and thus we had an awful time controlling the boat. Once you get used to a boat’s nuances, it is usually easy to navigate and work with. Well on this boat, the steering was truly unpredictable and in the inner coastal on a weekend where there are occasional tight spots with much larger boats around you this was challenging and truly was dangerous.
The boat was $ 329 plus taxes and fees, so not a cheap day. So, upon our return we shared the information with the young men at Atlantic so that they could make sure this was fixed for future rentals. At the time One guy told us «yeah, these rental boats get beat up from people pretty badly so it is hard to control». The other worker said he knew they steering was bad and they fixed it before and thought it was ok to use. Once out, we talked to the manager who acted totally surprised that the steering was bad. Anyway, he said he would look at it before another person rented… but personally I would be surprised based on the fact that the other 2 knew and it wasn’t fixed prior to my rental.
We were quite pleasant and I was quite disappointed and surprised that no accomodation was offered. We mentioned the fact that we didn’t feel safe in their boat due to the steering not being reliable especiall when in close proximity to other boats and going under the bridges. Even just a discount off a futrure rental would have made this whole situation feel good and keep us coming back. Needless to say I asked to speak with the owner of the business and the manager «called» and talked to him. the phone never was transfered to me to discuss the situation and I very much even doubted the owner was ever on the phone.
Bottom line, the boats this firm rented are awful, not safe and the staff was not good with their keeping customers happy. Down the way from Atlantic is a company called Best and I would rent from them in the future. When we approached them, they were inquisitive about our boating experience and very concientious. They just didn’t have any available so we had to go with Atlantic.
Tip, call Best and reserve a boat in advance and use them. I wouldn’t rent from these people again.

We rented a boat here for memorial day. The country bumpkin manager couldn’t have been more rude or have had any less personality. He acted as if he was doing us a favor by taking our $ 1,000.00 for the day. In addition, they failed to return a $ 50.00 booking deposit which we had to dispute with the credit card company.
I wouldn’t rent here again.
