I just left the place. The bay’s were empty and was told he didn’t have enough time and was full for «groupon» customers… I had a groupon for brakes but also needed shocks belts and hoses… So I quickly cancelled my groupon and took my $ 900 and gave it to Midas to fix my car.

This place is fantastic. And not just for transmissions.
Lee, the owner, is great about telling you exact what your car needs to have done, and what should be done. He also carefully explains what could happen if you put off the «should have done» repairs. There is no pressure, and he is always looking to save you money. Moreover, the quality of the repair work is excellent.
Remember back in the «old days» when everybody had that one amazing mechanic who you could really, completely trust? Lee at Aamco is that guy!
