Super expensive. Awsome food. Going to coat a good $ 300 for 2 people. Shrimp were unbelivable. Tuna awsome appetizers. overall great.

Service was lethargic and strangely aloof. The shrimp risotto was delicious and I could have called it dinner had there been three times as much. 30 dollars for 1 cup of risotto and two shrimp is ridiculous no matter how good it is. Literally went back to my hotel and ordered a pizza.

Food was GREAT!!! I’m vegan and they have an amazing veggie plate. Nice big bar with nice high top seating. Nice views. Server Ricardo was a lot of fun. Would recommend!

Food was pretty good. Atmosphere is. But loud and the service is very slow. Considering the prices you are paying I think there are better choices in Fort Lauderdale.

We were staying at the Marriott for a recent work event extended through the weekend. I had the opportunity to eat their breakfast and the dinner menu. First off, the breakfast. Our waitress Teresa was amazing. Quick with a refill and when she heard that I was looking for Coke Zero and having trouble finding it in the hotel, she made sure I had plenty of it! Great service and very helpful. I went with the buffet. I’d had the sausage and bacon as part of the breakfasts in the conference center and I knew that would be great. Caroline says the eggs Benedict were great. The omelette could have been better if the cheese had been more melted and if more cheese varieties were available. For dinner, the food was very good. We had beef tenderloin and swordfish and no complaints on either. The horseradish potato drizzle was excellent. The beer list on the other hand was very disappointing. How have good craft beers not yet found their way to Florida? I’d recommend the food here, just be ready for the price tag!

Not a fan. They really try hard to be too cool and forget that people want to eat a good meal. Service was good but limited menu.

Located in Marriott Hotel. Cute location with cute decorations. It was very busy location so service was a little slow. I only order drinks since I saw the food serving was small and pricy. The drinks were okay but the cost wasn’t exciting! Cool place to hang out and they have private party rooms if you want to have a small event. Also their is another restaurant in the back called Rita’s

This restaurant had excellent food and great views, however; while waiting for my food my boyfriend got an excruciating pain in his finger and found broken glass stuck in his pinky finger. We promoted the floor manager over who just said«oh gosh let me get you a bandaid» and that was it, they never even removed the plate with broken food. I was very disappointed and will not go back again! Very bad hospitality and it was a shame to find out.

Came for 4 – 7 happy hour. Loved the white wines(tried the Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay). Came in legit white wine glasses as well. Friendly and fast service.

My boyfriend and I had an early Valentine’s dinner here. It was the first time for both of us and we had heard positive reviews. The service was great from arrival at the hotel. We had a reservation and upon arrival we were promptly seated. We ordered a bottle of wine, Ahi Tuna Poke, Grilled Black Grouper and the Whole Roasted Snapper. Everything was delicious. My only wish is for a slightly more expansive dinner menu. As I’m a pescatarian, I’m happy half the entrees are seafood. As for the ambience, it was nice and romantic. I think next time we will try to have dinner during sunset.

Have been to this hotel and 3030 many times. Their dishes are very very small. Ordered a sashimi, well, it was PAPERTHINSLICES. it was good but Very small … also order the stone claw 2 of them they were just ok … also order a Ceasar Grilled chicken salad … much to my surprise I had to ask for EXTRASALAD because again ITWASALLSOVERYSMALL and the salad was not ROMAINE then why print Romain Ceasar Salad. the grilled chicken breast was SMALL … we also ordered their large shrimp w risotto … it smelled, looked and tasted like KRAFTMARCONIANDCHEESE … overall the BARTENDER, Diana was professional, pleasant and very much on point. we never eat at any hotel restaurants. Gee now you know why … P. S. they try to hard to mix a whole lot of spices that may look good when it’s plated … but not to the taste buds. Too bad they spent money revamping this restaurant. The worst experience we ever had. Went to celebrate my brothers bday and celebrating that my sister in law is having a baby girl and we were having a great time talking and laughing when management told us that we had to leave because we were to loud and bothering a table close to us. We will never go back. Management handle it so bad it was disgusting.

Such a disappointment. The new décor is very nice; the rest, not so much. While the bar service remains stellar, the restaurant itself left us sorely upset and service in the restaurant was lacking and slow. The pumpkin soup was excellent however simple. Each entrée seemed to be trying too hard with a menagerie of ingredients. The chicken, which used to be a decadent Bell & Evans’ wonder, was shriveled beyond cornish hen size and super dry. The Florida flounder was fishy, dry and overpowered by the massive amount of fried capers on top. The lobster pasta was pretty but lacking lobster. After waiting forever, all three $ 28+ entrees came out with the«be careful, it’s hot» — they had either been sitting under a heat lamp or nuked based on taste and temperature. HORRIBLE and unbelievable at the price points.

Don’t waste your time or money. Had the chef’s tasting menu and it was nothing special. The courses were the same as the regular menu except for much smaller portions. I did not expect a «green salad» as the second course(no different than a green salad at many other restaurants). The most irritating thing was when they charges $ 5.00 for a cup of coffee after I had already spent $ 240.00 and told them that I was disappointed in the experience. I have done tasting menus in restaurants all over the country and have always enjoyed them immensely so I was very disappointed that this was not better.

Finally I have the time to write about my experience at the restaurant. It was our 5 year anniversary and I made a table reservation 3 days in advance with a special request of a window table and two glasses of champagne upon arrival. The reservation was for 8.30pm. On the day of, I received two calls from the restaurant confirming the reservation and both times I had repeated my special request. It was a surprise dinner for me and my spouse, so I wanted everything to be perfect. Upon arrival to the restaurant at 8.20pm the hostess in a rude manner asked us: «How can I help you?». Politely, I explained that we had a reservation on which we were told to wait until our table is ready. Once again I quietly reminded her of my special champagne request. After waiting for about 20 minutes, the hostess returns and says that our table is ready and we may proceed to it. Half way through she tells us that the table she thought was available now, unfortunately is not as she got confused. So after waiting a little bit longer she comes back and tells us that they do not have a window table available and we may choose to sit anywhere else(of course forget the champagne, since we are walking around searching for a spot). As we finally decide to give up on the window table and take one right next to it, we realize that«our table» is now occupied by two gentlemen who just had arrived. After speaking with them, they agreed to move since it was our special occasion and we had made this reservation 3 days in advance. Of course, the surprised was completely ruined, there was no champagne, I had to tell my husband that I had planned it all differently. We asked for our champagne and with the moment completely ruined continued on with our dinner. What’s important is that I wanted the window table at 8.30pm so that we could enjoy the view of the ocean until it becomes completely dark, instead we got to our table way passed 9.00pm and the view was gone. I am giving this restaurant 2 stars: one for the chief and one for the server. The waiter was very pleasant and helpful and the most of the food was delicious. Except the complimentary dessert that we received as an apology. We did not enjoy it at all. For some of you I may seem like a drama queen, making a big deal out of nothing, but when you plan something in advance and want it to be just perfect, because you and your loved one are celebrating your love, you expect what you pay for. This is not a cheap restaurant. But the management could be much much better. We will never return nor will we recommend this place to our friends, at least not for a celebration.

Hyped and lived up to it. Gave me a little faith in the Fort Lauderdale restaurant scene. Really delicious food. Every appetizer — from the duck salad to the Caesar Brussel sprouts — were scrumptious. And the hall Merlot(!) was a great complement to the meal. A big-time winner.

I have always heard great things about 3030 Ocean but for some reason, it’s wasn’t on my «MUST-TRY» list. Boy oh boy, I regretted not checking out this restaurant sooner. Located at the Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, this restaurant is truly a seafood lover’s paradise. They offer a chef’s selection menu that comes with appetizer, entrée, and dessert for $ 59. Each plate is paired with a glass of wine. This was a great price and we liked the offerings so one of us took advantage of this deal. Here’s my thoughts on a couple of items on the menu: — Smoked duck breast & baby kale appetizer was so delicious. The duck breast had a nice smoky flavor, if you closed your eyes. you could almost believe it was pancetta. We liked this appetizer so much, we had to order another order. Yes, it was THAT good. — Grilled brussels sprout«caesar» is an interesting take on the classic salad. It’s really flavorful and I enjoy brussel sprouts so it was good dish for me. — Seared maine scallops with beluga lentils, oyster mushrooms, baby carrots bathed in a lemon thyme sauce. Hands down, one of the best scallops dishes I have had. They were so sweet and tender! — Grilled swordfish was so light and delicious. Highly recommend this dish! — Roasted bell & evans chicken dish is a generous portion and it’s very good as well. This is for someone who isn’t too crazy about the seafood selections. The chicken was scrumptious and the chorizo/potato hash is cheesy goodness. — The passion fruit tart for dessert is a MUST try. The pie tart is made out of meringue so it’s light and fun to eat. The passion fruit is so fresh. it’s the perfect palate cleanser after such a decadent meal. It came with fresh guava sorbet. Wow, this sorbet was so good. We were so impressed with the sorbet that we ended up ordering an assortment of flavors to try. Overall it was a great experience! We were there on Mother’s Day weekend so it was very busy so service could have been better. However, the food was so wonderful. We cannot wait to go back!

Okay, maybe after being spoiled by Tim the exceptional server for 3 ½ hours and 5 courses with stunning wine pairings, I’m biased! I don’t care! We celebrated our 25th Anniversary and were looking for something special. We got it… in spades. Chefs Signature Tasting was beyond compare. The wine pairings stood out and the variety of dishes were way more than expected. Thanks so much for a memorable evening!

Was a complete glutton tonight.. I’ll have to be at the gym for a couple of hours in the morning lol I have to say that the food tonight was pretty great. The service was pretty slow for it being a Wed night and not a full house. But the food made it worth while. Before I talk about the food, I wanted to talk about our server Ricardo… who i see had been mentioned in a previous review. He definitely was not the suavest server there was and seemed to be running around the restaurant doing busy work instead of tending to his tables. Then the check came he made sure to circle the tip recommendations and made comments. Which was a complete turn off. Enough about the bad stuff… Started with half a dozen Sebastian oysters Followed by a few starters –Smoked duck breast and baby kale curried pecans, Bleu cheese, strawberries, poppy seed vinaigrette –Grilled octopus salad-chickpea purée, olives, frisee, raw fennel, feta, lemon vinaigrette. Such a great salad… i love Grilled octopus. I can eat this dish everyday! It was flavorful and light. –Grilled brussel sprouts«Ceasar”-parmesan reggiano, anchovies, garlic croutons. Was an interesting take on a Ceasar salad. And had the Grilled beef tenderloin entrée– duck fries confit, braised greens, fried duck egg, chimichurri. My bf doesn’t like the white on eggs and he ate it all lol this meal had really good flavors. We passed up on the dessert as the menu didn’t look very interesting. overall we had a good experience and had great food. I would definitely come back here. And I would recommend.. probably recommend not sitting in Ricardo’s section.

Me and my friend decided to dine at 3030 Ocean for dinner yesterday because she really wanted to try it. I guess the restaurant prints a new menu like everyday. Entrée are ridiculously pricy. I ordered White Water Clams and my friend got the Grilled Octopus Salad from the Appetizers. Our server Ricardo took our order and seem unhappy that we didn’t order anything in Entrée section of the menu. Someone else brings our food to the table and where was Ricardo… he literally fucking skipped our table to check in with the two tables that were next to us. I was fucking frustrated and asked for the manager. Chad stopped by our table and I let him know that Ricardo’s attitude is a very unprofessional. Whoever comes to the restaurant to dine should be treated as equal not discriminate on how much someone is spending… seriously need to retrain the attitude of your servers especially Ricardo… WTF! After putting in my two cents, guess who came by our table to check up on us and takes away our dishes. Completely crossed this place off my list! What a waste…
