So glad there is a Starbucks at Fort Knox! Great customer service, wonderful indoor and outdoor space to relax with your coffee.

I love Sbux like the next person but the baristas here are hit and miss. Some days they nail the drinks others they are less then desrible, and I’m ordering the same thing every time. However when the weather’s nice it’s a great place to sit outside while the kids play on the playground while enjoying Starbucks.

I love this Starbucks!
Pros: Fast courteous service every time. I’m always in and out no matter what time of day that I go for my «picker upper.» The staff is very knowledgable about their products.
Con: This Starbucks does not have a drive thru and that’s a major disadvantage especially if its raining and you don’t want to get out the car.
At any rate, I love this Starbucks and even though I got soak and wet the other day, the great coffee warmed me right up!

Easy access to the store and very clean (new) building the staff was courteous and prompt to attend to my needs. Will definitely visit again.

Quality of service, cleanliness, speed, and accuracy are on par for a corporate store. The staff is friendly and attentive. Since this is a new location, they still don’t have the traffic footprint you would expect for being the only Starbucks in the area. As a result I cannot speak as to if staff maintains these standards when the pressure is on.
