This was the worst experience of my life. I showed the nail tech a picture of the almond shaped nails I was looking for and for how chubby my fingers are, I like them to be thicker at the bottom, and to slightly slant into an ALMOND shape. She didn’t even look at the picture and said «pointy» She gave me triangle nails. They looked like the shape of candy corn. The acrylic was bumpy and lumpy.
And they slanted upwards! They weren’t even all the way up to the cuticle either so they looked like they were grown out a week. I didn’t want to upgrade to shellac I just wanted them polished and she was so rude and said it wouldn’t look right if I didn’t get shellac. After she finished filing my nails she would shove my hands at me. So awkward and rude. She charged me 45 dollars for a full set that I had to go home and shave down myself to be able to live with them. Im great at tipping for services, but trust me I did NOT tip. I am still so upset about this experience. If you want almond shaped nails, DONT COME TO THIS PLACE. They have no idea what an almond is shaped like. Don’t waste your hard earned money for triangle nails!

I highly recommend Timberline Nails. I have been going here for over two years. Stacie, my nail technician does a fabulous job. She takes her time to ensure that your nails and toes look fantastic. There is no design that
Stacie cannot do. My family and friend have also attended the salon and every time their manicures and pedicures have looked fabulous as well. There is no other salon in Fort Collins that can compare to Timberline nails.

This is the best nail place I have found in Fort Collins, I’ve lived here for five years and I’ve been going to timberline nails for the last three years and I love it! I see Stacie and she is the best! They are all amazing, go check them out! :)

Very disappointed with my experience. The nail tech (I didn’t get her name) was sweet and appeared to do her best job however her best wasn’t good enough.
I paid $ 50 for a manicure and deluxe pedicure and what a disappointment. My nails were not shaped, my cuticles were not cleaned nor pushed back and the paint job was sloppy. It was a complete waste of money because I found myself giving myself a manicure/​pedicure immediately after my service here.
I’ve personally paid less elsewhere and received far better service. The place appeared to be clean however there were menacing flies and the tech was not very sanitary.
Overall, very disappointed with the service and the cost. I’m not going back nor will I recommend this place.

Lindsay does the best gel manicures and pedicures and Twee is so talented with the full sets and fun designs! I love this place

I like trying a variety of nail spas in hopes of finding one that outshines them all. I went in for a gel manicure that day and was assigned a younger male technician. He made the comment that my cuticles were really bad, which I felt really didn’t need to be commented on. As a matter of fact that was the only thing he said the entire time. The polish peeled at the nail base within 4 days. I went back in a week later and showed them; they offered to redo the polish free of charge. During that appointment, I overheard Stacie assisting a customer in a friendly tone offering creative suggestions that turned out beautiful.
My third visit was an entirely different experience because I scheduled an appointment with Stacie. She made me feel comfortable and seemed to really enjoy her job. She introduced me to an amazing product that I would never have found on my own. Ask for Stacie; you’ll be glad you did.

Had an amazing experience at Timberline Nails. Stacie did a fantastic job on my gel manicure. She really took her time and was very detail oriented. The establishment was clean and the staff was kind and friendly. Will definitely be returning.

Ruined my wedding ring and band when they dipped my hands in paraffin wax then they took a bristle brush and scrubbed to get the wax off. I kept trying to tell her let me take my ring off but she didn’t let me. I now had three diamonds fall off because of them! I’m horrified!!!

I brought my daughter and her friend here for a manicure and pedicure, as this is what she wanted to do for her 9^th birthday. I thought their nails looked cute, and the polish still looks good after a week. However – the experience was not great. I didn’t get the names of the technicians, but while one was nice and offered designs and sparkles, the other rushed through it, was rude, and offered only stripes or polka dots. They made no effort whatsoever to try to get the girls seated together, so for their manicures, they were on opposite ends of the place. The 2 stars are for the lasting, cute nails but for $ 100, I think the experience should be much better. I would definitely not recommend ever taking kids here, and I wouldn’t go back.

This place is the best in the area! It has been great with new ownership. Great nails and prices. I think a couple people there are still learning, however.

I went in for a spa pedicure. I got right in as it wasn’t too busy. The tech rushed through the pedicure. The paint job was horrendous and I had polish all over my cuticles and toes. I asked her to fix it but she was quite put out by my request for good looking toes. I ultimately had to clean them up when I got home. I could have done a better job. I won’t be back any time soon.

They were nice enough however 3 days later my gel «manicure» is lifting and chipping off around my cuticles because the girl didn’t clean them up or any other part of my nails before applying the gel. I definitely will be finding somewhere else from now on. I expect much more for a $ 45 manicure!

I was super excited to find this place there nails looked cute on Unilocal and when I got there I wasn’t disappointed the guy doing my nails was nice then he told me I should get shellac never having it and since I was just getting a fill I said sure thinking maybe it would be so expensive because he’d have to take my nails off … Nope it was just a fill with special nail polish I asked him how much it would be next time he said like 35 dollars so I didn’t get why it it cost me 70 dollars yes I got I some designs but was told they would cost 5 dollars for it all I just let it go but it still bothered me after I got home then on Monday one of the nails chipped so I went in to get it fixed the girl didn’t speak any English I asked her why it was so much she couldn’t answer me and then a guy came over who was extremely rude saying well what do you want!!! What do you want! and I said I just wanted my nail fixed and a break down of last time he tried to tell me I got a full set which I didn’t! And then he backed stepped and said well some times designs are 5 dollars or 10 or 15… So whatever I let that go … The girl fixed my nail seemed annoyed then didn’t even finish just moved onto someone else no sorry for your troubles nothing… To bad they had cute nails and I work in a hair salon and people are always asking where I get my nails done and I won’t be recommending this place!
Update: After one week and having to come and fix a nail after 3 days it chipped again and 70 dollars later lol this place is a joke!!! White changed color and just looks awful!!!

J did a fabulous job on my acrylic set. This is my new spot. Pretty average price for a full set…

I can’t express how much I love this nail salon. They always do an excellent job. Stacie is my goto girl for everything. She is super nice and I live being there to spend time with her. I have sore feet and the massage with a pedicure is heaven! Thank you ladies!

I have been going to Timberline Nails for over a year now and love it every time!
They are friendly and always do a great job with my gel nails and my pedicures!
They make fun suggestions of ways to make my nails look great. I am kind of conservative, but every time I have taken their suggestion I end up loving what they do!
I would highly recommend them.

Came in an hour before closing and they took my mom & I in and we didn’t have to wait long to do our nails. They’re kind of expensive compared to the other nail salons that do the same quality job for less. Our nails look good but i don’t know the next time we will come here. 2 – 3 stars

Terrible pedicure! The technician didn’t even file my nails! She also didn’t remove all of my old nail polish and managed to get nail polish all over my toes. The pedicure lasted 10 minutes tops. I won’t be coming here again.

This place was wonderful. it was my first time going there and had an awesome experience. all of the workers were really nice. The place was really clean. Joleen did My gel nails, She did an amazing/​fantastic job, She was very nice and friendly. at a scale of 1 — 10 I give her a 100. I will definitely go back again. Love your work Joleen.
