These guys are awesome and the courier of choice for Butter Cream Cupcakery. I needed eight dozen cupcakes delivered to Wellington, and although some miscommunications arose between the cupcakery and I, these guys were able to professionally and logically sift through the issues and deliver as promised. Special thanks to Dave and Dustin for all their help. Much appreciation!

Excellent customer service and execution. I needed to deliver a very heavy item within the region, on short-notice and for a reasonable cost. Late one evening I emailed 3 couriers to get a quote and to my surprise — a service agent(Anna) responded from«The Feet» within minutes. The quote was reasonable with delivery to occur the following day by 5pm, no less! Admittedly, I am a pretty hard customer to please(see my other reviews) — but I’m impressed by the email communication, office personnel and successful on-time delivery. One thing: They don’t accept credit cards — which was a little odd to me in this day and age — but that’s just a personal preference. In case, you’re wondering — I’m still waiting on a quote from the other 2 «larger» regional couriers. My delivery was flawlessly completed by «The Feet» hours ago… Nice work y’all!

Fast, dependable and professional service. Forget about the larger companies. The personalized service you’ll received from«The Feet» is like the old days. I remember when a vendor committed to a task, you could take it to the bank. That’s the way the owner of «The Feet» runs his business.(Sorry, I could not resist the pun) I am fairly sure he only services Fort Collins, but wish Denver had a franchise. They delivered a basket for one of our clients. It was a rather complicated pickup and deliver with time constraints. Strong recommendation for Fort Collins area delivery!!! Thank you…

Send an F*** You to everyone in town. Their drivers represent your business and they like to use the middle finger. I had an encounter with one of The Feet’s drivers. He gave me the middle finger in traffic. I am not inoccent I was trying to turn left and inched forward in traffic but not obstructing his lane. As he came into view from behind local business signs, his middle finger was pointed at me. As he passed he made eye contact and the middle finger seemed to follow me. Just in case a flash of the middle finger wasn’t enough he wanted me to know this middle finger was for me. So instead of turning left I turned right and followed this man. This truck was unmarked but was obviously a company truck. I followed him for several blocks only to find him walking into the front door of a local business which I am quite fond of. I called the store front and they were closed. So I waited until the normal business hours and called back. The employee that answered the phone was quite helpfull and even called me back with the driver’s employment information. I called the office of The Feet. The emplyee there defended his driver and even told me this driver is a superviser and that my complaint was confusing to him. This made me feel as if my story had fallen on deaf ears. So the moral of this review is, The Feet represented this local business negatively and if I had not done my research this review might be on their Unilocal
