Not the first time the carry out portions have been unimpressive. The sides for my $ 20 entrée were each the equivalent of half a cup of food. Sirloin was overcooked and their supposedly«seasonal» caprese salad was a mess and a rip off

The Service is good the waitress was friendly and on point. My Husband and I went there to give it a try after driving by every day since we live in Fort Collins I like seafood a lot and we have heard good and bad things so lets built our own opinion we said. So now we ordered a each a drink and a dinner item. My husband drink came in a red lobster glass and was 9 dollars a little overpriced if you ask me for what you get. I got something with the malibu rum and coconutty for 8 dollars and it was good. The Menu Items are way to overpriced for what you get and the quality of food is poor the salmon i ordered was literally burned and you tasted it throughout the whole fish. I am usually not that picky with food but i could not eat it. my husband swordfish was a little overcooked but alright. we paid for drinks and one item(they did take off the salmon) and left. Not going here again.

Been here twice, food is overpriced for what it is. Service the first time was excellent. Our most recent time was awful. Our waitress was running on autopilot, forgot about my drink(also I think the bartender forgot to put alcohol in it), and was trying to shove multiple tables out the door even though 60% of the tables were empty and there was no rush.

The management at Red Lobster must be awful to their staff because our server was deeply unhappy and she was sick. If I were her manager I would not have made her work when she was feeling ill. I would have considered that customers might not feel good about having a sick person handle their dinner. A manager did come by to check on us but he seemed totally detached and unconcerned. He didn’t even listen to us, he just shuffled over looking miserable, mumbled something at us and shuffled away. I have worked in restaurants too and I feel like even when I wasn’t having a good time was at least a good sport about it. At Red Lobster I got the feeling that the staff would literally rather be doing anything than serving me and my family. The food was overpriced and overcooked.

I don’t expect much from Red Lobster. Just a casual dining experience. That’s what I got here. I was satisfied, the staff was very friendly. Now let’s get picky about the food: I ordered the wood grilled salmon and shrimp Alfredo pasta. The salmon was a 7⁄10. Nothing special but also not bad. The pasta was 4⁄10. I’ve never seen shrimp so small. The pasta was also really dry, but it wasn’t unbearable. Overall a normal Red Lobster.

Like everybody else has said, Red Lobster is Red Lobster. I came in expecting sub-par food for way too much money. It’d been a few years since I’d been into this location, and the re-model was nice. Chewy lobster, check. My crab legs were crabby and that’s what I was expecting. What I was not expecting, however, was the overly attentive wait staff. I couldn’t get three bites in my mouth without the waitress or manager checking and seeing how I was. Seriously. Leave me alone while I eat. It wasn’t crowded so there wasn’t a huge rush to turn tables over. My mother made an offhand comment about the chewy lobster. The manager swooped down on us and felt the need to explain the difference between the two lobster types they carry. No, it’s not the lobster– it’s just overcooked. Just leave us alone and let us eat.

The frozen seafood served by Red Lobster is mediocre at best and overpriced. And don’t ask for tartar sauce. It’s cole slaw. No pickles whatsoever. The manager said it was what the patrons liked. I guess the seniors that frequent the place can’t handle regular tartar. Service is attentive, friendly and prompt. The only saving grace.

Recent remodel is a big improvement. Food was good and staff was really friendly and helpful. We brought our 2 young children and they were really accommodating. I’d give 4.5 stars if I could.

We went in today for the Lobsterfest. There was a short wait, which we found odd as there were tables ready. Anyway the service was good and the food was spectacular! Our waitress explained the items we had questions about and kept our drinks filled. It’s Red Lobster so it’s a bit pricey but it’s good so we’ll probably be back.

Service was great but food was definitely not up to parr. My lobster tail was mangled and the rice and veggies were cold. Wayyyy over priced for the quality.

Standard Red Lobster so– pretty good. We came for the endless shrimp — since I love shrimp. The server was really attentive about getting in more orders for me to try everything.

Had dinner here last night while we were Ft. Collins. For a Saturday night this place was pretty empty which was a surprise. Our server, Nicole did a very good job in all aspects of service. We both tried the four course menu, my wife’s was better than mine as I had the hand breaded shrimp and they were popcorn shrimp which surprised me when they came how small they were. She had the garlic shrimp and scallop pasta which was better than mine for what you got. The biggest surprise was the tortilla soup they now offer which was the best I have ever tasted. Overall, our experience here was very good and would have given 5 stars but the small shrimp in my entrée was a little disappointing. Popcorn shrimp are more of an appetizer and not an entrée in my opinion.

Red Lobster says they know seafood. What I know is their shrimp is mushy, some of it really mushy. I had a combination of three types of shrimp, Scampi, Cajun, and one i can’t remember now. They were all mushy and the Scampi was so bad I could not finish it. The rice my son had was really bad too. I will not be back to this Red Lobster.

Red Lobsters are usually nice places to eat. They’ve got generally good decorating and such. This place is no different. Its a nice place to have lunch or dinner. The service is generally quick and timely. The food is average for the price. Its good food, but its expensive. I would dine here more often if the food got better for the price or the price got better for the food. Either way, you’ve gotta love their Cheddar Bay Biscuits.

As far as Red Lobster Restaurants go — this one was great during our recent visit to Co. We had a gift card and wanted to use it while visiting family in the area. Our server, Linzie, was amazing! She was very friendly and attentive. The food was good, it was on time, and it was cooked perfectly. We really enjoyed our visit. :)

My girlfriend and I walk in to the restaurant and asks for a table for two. The hostess said, it will be about a ten minute wait. I look around the restaurant and see 4 or 5 tables that are open. I then ask myself what is going on with this situation, we have to wait in the lobby while there are plenty of open tables and no one else waiting. After waiting we get seated and I plopped down into the seat and it felt like I was being absorbed into a pit of quicksand. Like my dinner, the booth seat was obviously cooked passed its prime. Now for the food. I went to the restaurant because my girlfriend wanted to go to lobsterfest. Before you start thinking I’m some sort of yokel, I grew up in Alaska and know what good seafood is supposed to taste like. I ordered the shrimp and lobster plate. The lobster was good but the shrimp was drowning in butter and tasted a bit rubbery, which signifies that it was over cooked. I agree with the other reviews that Ft. Collins has better seafood options for the money.

Even though I don’t really like seafood that much I do like their lobster and crab stuffed mushrooms and the shrimp. The salads and the baked potatoes are a plus too! Not a place where I go to regularly but I always enjoy the food when I do go there.
