I don’t know how we got so lucky to get connected with Mike Salza. He patiently showed us around Fort Collins and the surrounding areas, helped us find the perfect house and negotiated a great deal for us. There was never any doubt that Mike was our advocate during the entire process. He went above and beyond what he needed to do, helping us price potential repairs to the house, connecting us with appropriate vendors (such as inspectors), and basically holding our hand throughout the entire process. He even checked on the house regularly after closing to make sure things were all right until we arrived (we moved from out of state). He was always very accessible/​available when anything came up and made us feel like we were his only client. On top of that, he’s a really nice guy who is a genuine pleasure to spend time with. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking for a home. On a scale of one to ten I would give Mike a score of 100.
