worst experience of my life,
I was moving to Fort Collins when I called LL to do my flooring. At first Rhea was nice and helpful on the phone. Then the snowball started. They will make you pay in full for labor and materials before they start work. I’ve never heard of that but, I went with it. I was told that they would label my baseboard so I could reinstall them. That did not happen. Then I was told that they could not install the flooring I wanted down stairs. So I approved flooring that would work. I talked to the installers and Rhea and was told they would do the downstairs flooring on Monday. Monday morning rolls around and no one is at my house. needless to say no one every showed up on Monday to do my floors. After 100 phone calls and 200 people pointing the finger at each other they sent a crew on Tuesday to do my floors. Remember when I told you they did not keep and my baseboards? Well this is where it even gets more ridiculous. I was told because they made the mistake that they would supply me new baseboards. Well it’s going on 3 days no new baseboards. After about 20 calls to the shop I Finally get an answer. Yes we will supply baseboard but ti will be 750 bucks to install. ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND THIS WAS YOUR MISTAKE NOT MINE !!! At this point I still have no baseboards. Not even delivered to my house. I’m sure I will have to fight tooth and nail just for that. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I WISH I NEVER SPENT A DIME HERE !!!
