Stopped by at 12:50 on a Thursday; they informed me that they had run out of pizza but could make another if I wanted one. Most pizzerias have a few pizzas to buy by the slice in their restaurants. This place had ZERO pizza for walk ins unless we «wanted them to make another». Yea bud, I would have wanted you to make another. I can’t comment on the taste of the pizza, because I never had the chance to eat it. There are too many amazing pizza places in Fort Collins to be this lazy. Not a single slice ready to eat existed in that store during the hours it was supposed to be open for business, and to clarify, they do have an area where by-the-slice pizzas are displayed and their special included two slices and a drink; so I’m not just ranting about a to-go restaurant. Go somewhere else.

Placed a to go order recently. The pizza wasn’t ready when it was promised. I waited 10 – 12 min for the pizza and left. When I opened the box, I couldn’t believe how underdone the pizza was. I can’t even believe it was in the oven for 10 min at the store. We had to put it in the oven to bake which was really annoying when there were hungry kids waiting. Overall, once it was baked, the pizza was delicious and the crust was perfect.

I’ve gotten Justine’s Pizza for years and loved it but it was different this last time. Has it changed ingredients or ownership? Instead of the light fluffy crust it was a thin crust(not ordered), half of the crust was burnt and the extra tomatoes on top were not fresh as they usually are. I will give another try but was disappointed this last trip

I don’t know if 3 stars fits my recommendation, because I won’t be getting pizza from here again. I ordered(online) a cheese pizza on super bowl. It was delivered fast and the pizza was hot, but it was pretty terrible tasting. Really, no flavor to be found. The crust was similar to cardboard and the cheese was tough, there was no stringy, gooey-ness to it. The sauce was pasty and on the sweet side. A+ for fast delivery though.

Took 45 minutes to get our pizza, don’t come here because it takes so long I had to question the workers where our pizza was. Was not worth the wait at all unless you do enjoy waiting forever for an okay pizza and about 5 pick up orders got there pizzas before us. We ordered a vegetarian pizza and the vegetables weren’t even cooked.

A fun, local place for good food and beer. My Son was very disappointed that there is no longer a juke box, but still likes the food.

I haven’t been here in a while so I was really surprised to find myself so disappointed. Had a lunch special, confused how pepperoni pizza can be dried out and greasy as well, couldn’t even finish the second slice. This was one of two places I really liked for NY pizza as I am a born and bred NYer myself. Will not go back anymore so I now have only one place left in this town to satisfy my craving. Today was like going to a Pizza Hut, which serves it purpose if you’ve had enough beer. Guess it is good they have beer here as well. Another note, came in around 12:30. Don’t think the staff knows how to smile. Even kidded them and smiled and told them to smile as well. One guy turned around and walked away without responding. Classy. Other guy at least was polite but looked very bored with his job.

Might go 3 ½ stars, slightly better than average/good…not quite in very good category. Kind of pricey even with the $ 3 off for large pizza that I found online. Called & got good customer service over phone, girl said I didn’t need to print coupon(which, surprisingly in this day & age, some businesses still ask for!). Sometimes it’s worth paying extra to support local businesses, vs. Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, etc… Also very good/nice customer service in restaurant when I came in to pick up pizzas, 4 year old son even said«she was nice» as we left. Would like to see more cheese, but liked thin crust & herbs on pizza(basil). Thought kids would complain about green flakes, byt didn’t…& I really liked it. Agree with most reviews regarding crust, crispy out, perfectly soft inside & pizza not greasy. Restaurant atmosphere nice, may eat there sometime! Note to management or owner: I read one review about rude service & closing early/turning customers away… one of my BIGGEST pet peeves. If I ever get turned away or find a locked door prior to your posted closing time(other than giving an acceptable reason like death in the family), you will be losing more than one customer, I guarantee it!

There is something to be said for simplicity, and Justine’s is the place for simple pizza. You will not have to choose what type of crust or sauce … just your toppings(or go with one of their«specials,» most of which are your good, basic, meaty combos with a little veg). Some may find this limiting, or not like the crust, or wish that topping x, y, or z were available — but sometimes I find when I’m hungry and just have a hankering for a good slice of pizza, I don’t really need to be faced with too many decisions. I recently ordered a Justine’s Special take-out after a particularly long day at work, and it really hit the spot. Justine’s crust is a little thicker than I prefer, but is not overly doughy or bready. The sauce is well-seasoned, and the pizza was just loaded with toppings … I enjoyed leftovers for both lunch and dinner the next couple of days. If you’re looking for a good, basic pizza executed well, Justine’s is your place.

LOVE that they offer sauerkraut as a topping. Excellent pizza. Not much more to say. Just try it.

I’ve been here a couple of times and pizza-wise, it’s average. So, food-wise, it’s good, but there’s better pizza out there. It’s a fine place for a slice, but nothing really makes it stand out.

Decent pizza within walking distance to my condo. I’m not sure how I would classify it, kind of like really good frozen pizza. That sounds bad but it’s the best I can come up with and I think it’s pretty accurate. The pizza by the slice is more than 2 $ and it’s by no means a big slice. It had a nice atmostphere and the staff was cool.

If you dig an 70/80’s vibe then you’ll love the wood benches, CD jukebox, and tasty pizza. Handmade dough and fresh toppings yield a crunchy, tasty pie. Beer available by the bottle.

Hands down the best pizza place in town. You go in and place your order and though you may have to wait half an hour for the pizza to get made the ‘old fashioned’ way it is more than worth the wait. Surprisingly the pizza is not as greasy as you may typically associate with pizza and that is a huge plus and the veggies are fresh. They got a great tap for beer… I had New Belgium Sunflower and it was outstanding! Like I said there is a bit of a wait so families may get impatient but it is nothing like the small town pizzeria that is run by pot heads and you have to wait a hour for your good but greasy pizza to show up. They also have a juke box and there is plenty of songs to pick from, however if you go there during a busy time you can hardly hear anything that comes from the juke box and the volume is not very high so you may be wasting your dimes in that regard. Despite those minor issues there pizza is awesome and unlike any others in town.

The pizza was pretty good — or at least one half of it. The peperoni and beef side was a tasty, traditional pizza with good flavor. Their beef is seasoned well and has a nice Italian spice to it. The other side of shrimp and pineapple was not so good. I thought it would be an interesting and different combo that turned out to be way too salty. It was as if the canned shrimp had not been rinsed before going on before baking. We’re talking super salty. While customer loyalty has helped Justine’s grow into a small Northern Colorado franchise, I think being loyal to the traditional pizza toppings is the best choice for a great pizza experience here.

This is definitely my favorite pizza place in town! It is a family ritual to have pizza every Sunday(Sunday-Funday) and Justine’s is always my choice. They have the best crust– gooey and somehow crispy on the outside. Their sauce is amazing– tangy with just a hint of heat. I cant say enough nice things about Justines! It is a must try for the true pizza lover!

This might be the best pizza I’ve ever had. Although I’ve never been into the restaurant, every time I visit my family in Fort Collins, my brother is destined to pick up a Justine’s pizza at least one night a week. This is a kid who lives on pizza. I always have to sample a sliver and before long slivers turn to slices because it is just THAT good. The crust is doughy and crunchy all at the same time, the sauce is flavorful but not overbearing, and the pepperoni is always perfectly crisp. My only complaint is the variety of toppings. Although they have a few«special» toppings like jalapenos and shrimp, I’d like to see more veggie options like fresh tomatoes, spinach, broccoli and artichoke hearts. Those additions would bump Justine’s up to a full five stars!
