Staff is helpful and friendly. There is a pool. Everything on the inside looks nice and stylish. Rooms are clean and nice. There is a swimming pool. Starbucks is 24⁄7.

THINWALLS! I’m awakened every night around midnight. I can hear people talking and a baby crying through the walls! The room is nice but I wouldn’t come back here simply because I’d like to be able to sleep through the night. Also — you’ll need to like extra firm beds if you stay here. The lights above the sink need to be a lot brighter!

Decent hotel. A bit overpriced considering there’s no complimentary breakfast and it’s certainly not luxury, but the bed was comfortable and we had a good night’s sleep. The pool and whirlpool were fine, with a nice courtyard view. The outdoor and indoor fireplaces offered a cozy touch. The lobby and bar area were modern and comfortable. What could have been better? The elevators are in a WEIRD spot, all the way down the hallway on both sides of the lobby. So you have to walk down a long hallway, passing several rooms, to get to the elevator. We just opted for the stairs, which was not convenient when we carried our bags in. Also, the mold in our shower and our dimly lit bathroom were unpleasant. Better lighting, especially when taking a shower, and having no mold would be nice. All in all, not a bad place, and in a decent location. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Pet friendly, they even gave my dog a biscuit. The people were friendly too! The room they gave us had a king sized bed for my boyfriend and I and outside access so that we’d be able to let Leo out to use the bathroom on the grass outside. All for 130 $ + pet fee. They serve Starbucks inside the hotel and they have food inside. But they’re so close to everything. The only downside is that there’s a handicap section of rooms we were staying in that is past the conference rooms and laundry rooms, that might be hard to navigate through for people who don’t have anyone to push their wheelchair. Usually handicap rooms are on the first floor near the door for a reason.

Hotel was just fine. This review is more for the bar/bistro. Being from the east coast I could appreciate the sassy beer wench and here great sense Humor and complete lack of Wavering to our constant shenanigans. The booze shelves could be better stock both with variety and quantity. 5 drunkards cleared the shelves. But I had a really good time. I loved and hated the beer hag all At the same time. Her name is jennifer but she prefers NIFFER. Don’t call her anything but. Or she’ll be upset… Keep The beer flowing like the salmon of Capistrano and you’ll have fun.

Didn’t get a chance to stay this time. The lady that was checking me in was super rude had no customer service skills whatsoever kept giving me the run around. I’ve stayed at this hotel plenty times before. She told me I couldn’t pay cash & I paid cash the other times I was staying I just gave a $ 100 cash deposit for incidentals. She tells me that only a manager can check me in with cash hmm sounds off because I wasn’t checked in by a manger the pervious times. So I take a cab to the bank come back to check in she tells me she cannot rent to me because I had previous reservations for the days after. I I explained to her before that I was waiting on my direct deposit to come onto my card so I could only pay for the one night. & I made the other reservations so the room wouldn’t get taken. She told me in order to check in I had to pay for those separate reservations which made no sense. The hotel itself is in a great area wish I could have stayed there but she just gave me a bad vibe so I went elsewhere

Solid Marriott expereince, clean bright and effcient. I hate the thing Courtyards are doing with the TV way over to the side of the room, but that’s seems to be their signature thing after re-models.

I’ve enjoyed my stay here but it’s def been made extra special by Alyce. She is an employee that’s goes above and beyond and is so genuine you’d think you’d known her your whole life.

I did not experience anything like said before. Hotel has been renovated since I last came. I asked for quiet room and got back 2nd floor. Although I usually walk across street for breakfast at Egg and I, I had breakfast downstairs this morning that came out in a flash. Everyone was nice. Room had tissues and plastic cups for water and tv swiveled so can watch from anywhere, shampoo was replaced each day. Only reason gave 4 is because they leave note saying to conserve water they normally only change sheets every 3 days!!! But say will change when you want. I don’t know about you but I feel when pay for hotel it’s so you have fresh sheets each day. Otherwise rent a condo.

Wow surprised this hotel has such poor service and horrible rooms. The second floor wing I am staying in is under construction(renovation). So as you go to your room there is no wall paper, tools in the hallway and I found my room by looking for the penciled room numbers above the door! I was never informed by the front desk that I would be in a room under construction. I would have been less shocked if I had been told this. I could deal with this but inside the room there is partial construction going on. The new wall paper in the bathroom is being held on with red tape. In the sink area the wallpaper in unfinished. I am quite surprised they would allow guest to even be in these rooms. The maid has come twice to clean so I assume this is normal. Also went down for breakfast in the morning and the sign says«Please wait to be seated» So I stand and wait and wait for someone to come. I am in full view of the front desk but the person at the desk takes no notice or suggest that sorry for the wait someone will come soon. Really bad service. I end up seating myself. Later someone who looks like the cook, comes by to drop off the bill. I would not recommend booking here till the construction is finished. There are many hotels in the area that provide better service and experience for the same money.

The Courtyard by Marriott is a very nice hotel. The beds were comfortable and it is located within walking distance of several good restaurants. The hotel can accommodate pets(for an additional fee) and has both a pool and a fitness room, though we didn’t have time to take advantage of these amenities. Staff were friendly and courteous.
