I am currently renting with this company, and their customer service is above and beyond! They are accommodating, timely and just all super friendly company that has been going out of their way to make me feel welcome and appreciated as a tenant!

This agent named Pam set up an appointment, I called to confirm before leaving town to meet her and no answer. I got there and she was no where to be seen, again no answer, voicemail full. Two tenants were outside and said that she does this all the time and people are constantly complaining about her lack of professionalism. I wasted my time and gas to meet her and have still not received a follow up phone call. Thanks for nothing.
