Never give them you’re credit card info only pay cash they write you’re cc information down then don’t destroy it. I have ordered from them several times the food is ok but I will never order again after my last experience, after waiting over an hour when they are less then a mile from my house, I call to ask what was up the woman yelled at me that the driver was on there way I waited another20 minutes when there was still no sign of them I left and got subway. An hour and 50 minutes after I ordered the woman called me back and yelled at me again to answer the door the driver was here. There food is definitely not worth there horrible service.

I get food here when I am not feeling up to making dinner after a long work week and pizza doesn’t look appealing. The food is basic standard Chinese. Good and hearts. The owners are not the most friendly people on the earth and not willing to make changes to the menu. Very few seats inside so I recommend ordering half an hour before and getting your meal to go!

Update: after checking my bank account, I noticed that this restaurant charged my card for multiple meals, in various amounts that were not ordered or received by me. I will be contacting my bank to dispute ALL charges att his point. Pretty sure this is illegal and considered fraud. Save yourself the time and hassle. Order from anywhere else. We ordered a meal for delivery at 5:20pm. We paid via credit card over the phone and were told our delivery would take 30 – 45 minutes. At 6:20 we called the restaurant to see where our food was and we were told that they got busy and our meal would be there soon. At 6:50, as we were getting ready to go buy dinner elsewhere, our rude delivery driver finally showed up. She had our payment listed as cash and had to call in our credit card number(we will probably end up having two charges for this crappy meal). As the delivery driver was driving away she yelled out her window that we are outside of their delivery zone. Their website advertises that within 5 miles is free, outside of that is a charge. We live 4.3 miles away, so we are well within their free delivery zone. To top this entire disaster of a meal off, our food is freezing cold, soggy and half of the order is incorrect. Biggest waste of $ 40 and an hour and a half ever.

Food-3.5 stars Service-2 stars Cleanliness-1 star I ordered the Kung Pau Beef and enjoyed it. My girlfriend ordered chicken low mein and said it was average. I couldn’t understand the cashier but that’s alright I guess. I did not use the restrooms, but only because my girlfriend told me not too because it was dirty. There are dead Mosquitos in the windows and a big dead grasshopper right next to our table. If you are considering this restaurant I would recommend take out/delivery.

Tasty and consistent. Best Chinese on the North side! Replaced East Moon as our standby.

Pretty good standard American-Chinese food. Orange chicken was good for an easy, once in a while lunch

Horrible doesn’t even begin to describe my experience. My co workers and I called to order lunch with 3 cards and 1 cash order. I was told very rudely that this would be too difficult to do and we had to pay in cash. I explained that we have ordered on more than one occasion this way. She hung up on me. Another co worker called. She was hung up on once. When she called back, she spoke with the same woman that I spoke with. She said that she was the manager and that she would not take our order. My co worker asked her if she wanted us to take our business elsewhere. She said that we should take our business somewhere else and hung up. I have never encountered such horrible customer service.

Fort Collins North Side Chinese Restaurant with Dine In, Take Out and Delivery There is a good variety of Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese food on the menu. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve tried I’ve used their delivery service and the driver was friendly and courteous. This isn’t fine dining, nor does it pretend to be, but I’ve never had a bad meal and have eaten here over 15 times in the last 18 months.

The food isn’t that great. I always get chow fun and they undercooked the noodles. They are supposed to have a very slight char from frying in the wok, but they were kinda gummy in texture which means they didn’t cook for long enough. The spring rolls were robust but the shrimp looked like it had been defrosted and not cleaned well. The hot and sour soup was great and the portion was big for the price(1.95 medium size). I gave three stars because FoCo/NoCo needs more asian restaurants and it seems like this one is relatively new…

I ordered moo goo gai pan«vegetable»… What I got was a hefty helping of «MUSHROOMS». I threw it away. These people are not interested in customer service. The woman behind the counter could have cared less what she was serving me or what I had to say about it. I posted a picture on here of my lovely mushroom dinner!

This place was delicious. I would call it one of those«hole-in-the-wall» kind of places, but with your quality Americanized-Chinese food. They now have some Pad Thai, Thai Menu, Cantonese Style food, and a Vietnamese Noodle Bowl. They have chicken and pork steamed or fried dumplings. I had a meeting with a friend there and we ate inside. I’m assuming they will cook«traditional» style Chinese food for Chinese people, but you would have to ask. I met the owner and he is a very nice businessman. It seemed like a busy place for people calling and picking up orders!

Yay! My old favorite Chinese restaurant Jasmine Garden has relocated and added Thai food to their menu. We ordered the sesame beef with brown rice, along with the Mongolian beef, fried pork dumplings and pork lo mein. Everything was great except for the Mongolian beef-tasted more like pepper beef with too many onions. Good to see they still have their signature dishes like Pon Pon Chicken and Pepper Salt Fried Shrimp available. Didn’t order then this time but will definitely be back for those!

Jasmine Garden used to be located on South College Avenue in Thunderbird Plaza but recently they have moved to this new address. They used to be just called Jasmine Garden but since the move the Asian Chef part has been added to the restaurant title. The space that they currently reside in is much smaller than their previous one but the food is still great! The Chinese place called Yungs was housed here in this space previously to Jasmine. I have an extremely soft spot for Jasmine Garden because I think their food is great and there are not many Chinese restaurants in Fort Collins. Don’t get me wrong, there are plenty of other Asian restaurants in town. There are plenty of Thai, Vietnamese, Sushi places, Japanese and Fusion restaurants. Since Jasmine Garden moved and added Asian Chef to their title their menu has broadened too. They offer many more Thai dishes than ever. My favorite dishes from here is the Chicken Chow Mein and the Salt and Pepper Fried Shrimp. Of course the Edamame is great as well as the Hot and Sour soup! Jasmine Garden still continues to do deliveries and they are very speedy in doing that which is another great perk in doing business with them! I just thought I better get this review posted as soon as I can because at the old location there are no signs that indicate where they moved to so I am going with the assumption that other people will think they closed like I did until my aunt said they moved.
