The staff is very friendly and prices are not bad. Traveling by yourself across the country with a puppy is hard especially when you don’t know which hotels will accept pets. They did not have any issue with mine but there was a $ 5 pet fee. I asked for a non-smoking room and was told it was. When I walked in the stench of smoke hit me. The room was clean looking until I looked further this morning. I saw a small pile of ashes from a cigarette. NOBUENO. :/but other than that. The breakfast was good and they even offer biscuits and gravy(I missed those because I slept in! Lol) but the waffles and rest of the breakfast was good. Probably won’t ever stay here again since I probably won’t come by again.

Stayed one night. Get what you pay for. $ 59. Room phone didn’t work and volume only worked on some channels. King size bed with 3 flat pillows, walked to front desk(that’s how we found out our room phone didn’t work) asked for and extra pillow and was told they DONTHAVEEXTRAPILLOWS??? Biggest issue is lady, well a female, at the front desk was EXTREMELY lazy and rude. She actually rolled her eyes when we told her the breakfast bar coffee was out. Cereal dispenser has Frosted Flakes logo but they weren’t Kellog brand and they certainly weren’t frosted. A disappointing Super 8 location.

$ 108?! Massively over-priced. The dirt outside is cleaner than these rooms.

I’ve stayed at two other Super 8s on this trip and this one is the best(the others: one in Columbus, Ohio and the other in Virginia, were dumps and downright scary). I decided to take another chance on Super 8, knowing that the quality of each hotel is dependent on who’s running that particular location. This location is great. We were greeted with a warm welcome by a lovely woman at the front desk. The lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas and the breakfast area was tidy and well-stocked. When I told her how bad our previous experiences were she said«well, no matter how hard we try, hotels will always get a few bad reviews, but we really do our best to make sure you’re happy and comfortable. Some of our furnishings are a bit outdated and we are ordering some new things, but you won’t find any busted locks, or ripped carpeting here.» And she was right. Not only was our room spotless and tidy, but it also had a microwave, a refrigerator, coffee maker and lots of extra space. The other hotels(see my previous reviews) had none of these things. The bed was really comfortable and firm(perfect for my bad back); no lumps or coils poking out. Fast, reliable wi-fi. About breakfast: typically you’re lucky if Super 8 provides you with weak coffee and stale biscuits or cereal, but at this location you’ll find good coffee, fresh muffins, bagels, Danishes, cinnamon rolls, waffle batter and a griddle, a few kinds of cereal, juice, and milk. Typical«continental breakfast», which I usually skip anyway, but I mean its a Super 8: it’s a no-frills deal. At this location they really go well beyond other Super 8s to insure you have a nice stay. I’d definitely come back. $ 68 total for one night, and worth it.

The place was good for the price, staff friendly, however the bed was hard. That is not good after being in the car all day. :-(The desk clerk was great though.

The owners work here and were soooo very friendly. One of the nicer Super 8 hotels I have stayed in as some are hit or miss. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room had all the ammenities for $ 59 plus tax. My stay was pleasent but the friendly owners made it even more so.

LOVELY homey cosy location. Walk into the lobby to a huge TV {playing the live action Cat in the Hat movie at the time of our visit} sofas, tables and a computer desk for the guests. Staffed that shift by a pair of lovely exceptionally polite 50 – 60 something LADIES! Very reasonable rate for a double room. Up one flight of stairs to a very cosy room. Was the most comfortable hotel bed and pillow I’ve ever slept on. Breakfast in the morning was perfect! I love the do it yourself waffle baker. The choices were amazing, waffles, cereal, bread, bagels, muffins, danish, fresh fruits, juices, coffee, tea. Plenty of tables so you felt homey — like a small dorm — but not cramped. Check in and out was simple and easy. I would definitely stay at this location again!
