Doctors are very good. However, the rude gate keeper in the lobby when you walk in should be fired. Rude and acts put out when she has to work. Never cheerful, never smiles, no greeting, just stirs at you. I’m not the only person who complains about her. When you Call for an appointment expect to wait 5 – 20 minutes on hold. Appears to be only 1 woman answering the phone. Once you’re in the waiting room, there are several workers holding down the counters. Don’t ever expect a phone call from some of the doctors or nurses regarding results of blood tests, X-​rays, drug interactions, change in medications, the list goes on. They claim they call and leave messages, lies lies lies. No customer service skills or pleasantness. I’m not complaining about all of the doctors, it’s all the staff in general. Changing offices because their is no patient care, only want my $ 50.00 co pay and my Blue Cross insurance.

Not only did I wait 20 minutes past my appointment time, but I was seen and dismissed in 5 minutes. The room lacked a paper barrier on the bed and there wasn’t a sink in the exam room. Not only is that disturbing, but my doctor didn’t wear gloves. After the disastrous start to this appointment, I also have a few pre-​existing medical conditions that were not gone over nor was the medicine I take. I got a diagnosis of bronchitis and sinusitis and was given a sample Breo inhaler which has hundreds of interactions with other medicines. The lack of care is inexcusable. Do yourself a favor and seek better care somewhere else.

Dr Wilson prescribed 3 50 dose refills of hydrocodone to a 21 year old male. Upon visits it was clear that this patient’s leg was nicely mending. This was irresponsible, a real error of judgement. Be aware, parents! When you take your child to this doctor. Be vigilant and ask that refills be set upon visitation.

Very professional, nice group medical practice. I would place it a notch above other family doctors.
Have never had a problem getting appointments. They also have weekend appointments available.
