Terrible service. Prescription was called in over thirty minutes before our arrival. As we spoke with the lady who was going to fill it she varied her conversation between us and the drive through patron. Then she told us it we would have to come back more than two hours later despite being in need of the medicine. We asked if it could be quicker and she said to wait it would be twenty or thirty minutes. There was literally one other customer! How hard is it to count out a few antibiotics from a bin and put them in a bottle!!! Laziness! Take your prescription needs elsewhere!

This place is horrific. It is perhaps the absolute worst drug store I’ve ever been to, chain or no chain. Let me list the reasons why: 1) Incredibly poor customer service. The staff is often gossiping and talking to each other(loudly! I don’t come into a pharmacy to hear the staff’s personal lives!) – they couldn’t give a damn about their customers. I’ve waited for several minutes at the cash register… with not a single employee to be found! And they SAW me and walked off to do other things, making me wait! 2) The staff don’t seem to care about trying to help you find the items you need, either. They simply shrug their shoulders if asked about a certain product and say, «If it isn’t on the shelf, we don’t have it.» Thanks a bunch! Maybe you could help me look for it? Maybe you could offer to order it? Anything? Bueller? Bueller? 3) The place is a dump – it quite literally looks like a garbage dump. Who the hell cleans this place? And organizes it? I generally avoid this place like the plague. There are enough supermarkets and drug stores in the area to opt for better choices. Rite Aid – shame on you! Clean up your act and send a manager(oh yeah – does this store even have a manager??) to take care of business.
