I ordered one sub and am literally 3 blocks away from jimmy johns. Took 40 mins to get to me. It shouldn’t take that long. I was pissed.

Wow I’ve never had such bad service I bought a sandwhich yest. Had mayo when I specifically asked for no mayo. Manager there said they wouldn’t replace it unless I had receipt –I found scrunched up receipt & with A very angry tone made sandwhich and slammed sandwhich on counter when it was done. couldnt even hand to me 5 – 3“ish black haired white woman Sandwhich eaters BEWARE as a small business owner down street I’m sadenned by this customer service in my own area. I will spend my money elsewhere One bad apple does rot the whole pile.

Not sure why this jimmy johns has such bad reviews… On the delivery front I ordered online and it got here as quick as they promise. My delivery driver walked up my ridiculous stairs and still had a big smile on his face which is a plus to me. Will definitely order again

I thought I would give them one last shot… They still have my address come up as «River Forest» I have to wait 25 minutes for a sandwich and I live less than five minutes away. I’m incapacitated so I’m hobbling around and I wanna eat. I called and he said«he’s on his way» freaky fast freaky good. That’s a crock. And even though I told them NUMEROUSTIMESININFP the driver called me from RiverForest. I called & spoke to the manager AGAIN, but…, I’m OFFICIALLYDONEWITHTHISPLACE. EPICFAIL

They need to hire a few more drivers or something. My first time ordering delivery from this jimmy johns, and it takes 35 min to get a couple subs… Nothing freaky fast about that

Okay-sometimes Jimmy isn’t so freaky fast after all. Seriously, when I order food from 3 blocks away and it takes 30 minutes for you to deliver it? Hmm. No. Not okay. Otherwise, the food is good. Typical Jimmy Johns. I always get the veggie sub with avocado and hot peppers. It’s always made really well. Unfortunately, the one thing I rely on when it comes to Jimmy Johns is it being freaky fast. Oh well, I’ll settle for mediocre.

Average JJ location. They deliver super fast just as advertised if you live within the area. They tend to forget things in the order once in awhile I guess their goal is to be freaky fast and not freaky accurate. They forget to put the cucumbers when you ask them sometimes. I will probably order from here once or twice a year. Food is average and edible.

By far my favorite Jimmy Johns. The food is amazing of course, but it really should be consistent at all JJs, right? It’s the service that sets the far above the rest. Literally subs so fast you freak. I can’t tell you how pleasantly surprised I still am every time they deliver my sub within 10min. They’re the best!

7… that’s the number of minutes that elapsed between ordering my sandwich and my sandwich arriving at my front door! As for quality? It’s Jimmy John’s; you know what you’re getting yourself into.

I’m a fan of this Jimmy Johns location. The staff are always courteous, the food comes out tasty and quick and it’s clean. I just started getting lettuce wraps rather than white bread(oh how I love their white bread) and it is actually really good that way! And healthier to boot, yay! If you are craving Jimmy and you are in the area, don’t fret you’ll have a Jimmy experience from the chorus of Hello’s when you come in to the sometimes awkward goodbyes when you leave.

OK, Jimmy… I am so glad we made up. It was hard to stay away from you for so long. But now… now that you made things better(by explaining your poor behavior & with a token of your love), I’ve been back to eating your tasty #6 on a regular basis and NOONE on your team has let me down. Thanks for accepting customer criticism and thanks for keeping your standards high, Jimmy. Oh, and recently, we had a party and we were serving Freddy’s meatballs(the best meatballs EVER!). So, we got the day-old bread from Jimmy John’s(50 cents a loaf!) and I have to say, it is THE perfect marriage… the best meatballs on the best sub bread. Thanks, Jimmy!

In general, I love Jimmy Johns — I usually get a #15(Tuna) with no sprouts or cucumbers — sprouts often come with free ‘ecoli’ and cucs make me burp. Glad we cleared that up. The young guy who works days is usually the best sandwich maker and a nice guy — they are fast like they say, but one thing, the music is almost deafening — especially if you are going to eat there. Music should be in the background and compliment, not be overpowering — sort of like garlic, or most seasonings, too much(or too loud) will usually ruin the dish. Music should not be so loud that you fell like you are sitting in front of the studio monitor speakers at a rock concert — listen, I grew up listening to Led Zepplin — but when ‘Nobody’s Fault But Mine’ is so loud I am getting nervous??? Ok, call me old, but you know it’s true — sort of like being in a noisy place when you have a hangover… turn it DOWN!!!

Ordered food for a group of people at work today. I called at 11 and asked them to come at 12, and they came right on the dot, which was much appreciated. Food is always consistently good, although I wish the jalapeño chips were a little spicier and the cookies a little fresher. But sandwiches are always great.

I had never tried Jimmy John’s until I started working close to this location. We usually order over the phone and have it delivered and, lemme tell you, that is one of the fastest deliveries I have ever experienced. They have some of the nicest delivery guys and they arrive with your order faster than you can imagine. The veggies are so fresh and crunchy. I usually add bean sprouts and cucumbers and jalapenos to my sandwich. They also have avocado to add. Mmm Subway doesn’t have beansprouts, or avocado. and they don’t deliver either.

Very friendly workers, never crowded, always smells good of course! They did screw up my order once and put turkey on my sammich… I was the only one in the restaurant so I’m not sure how«Vegetarian» sounds like«Turkey» but they apologized and gave me a new one, sans-meat.

They were out of the Salt and Vinegar chips!!! That’s why I went there in the first place. The Turkey Tom just wasn’t the same without those tasty chips. Damnnnn…

You cannot get better subs anywhere. The ingredients are fresh(especially the bread, which is made fresh daily). I always get the veggie sub with guac– it is amazing. Plus, the service is so fast so your food is ready as soon as you are done paying for it. Salt and vinegar chips are good to eat but the jalapeño chips on a sandwich are amazing. Much better than Subway. I would eat here everyday if I could. Too bad they raised their prices recently– not as cheap as it used to be.
