Yellowstone Laundry

Very reliable laundry service. Will pick up. Highly recommended.

I love this place. Been sending laundry here for nearly 10 years and have never been disappointed. I regularly use them for all my sheets, robes, towels, etc. but if I could afford it, I’d have them do all my laundry, all the time (admittedly, a couple of times a year I do get so incredibly lazy that the laundry piles up and I send like three huge Hefty-​sized bags out to Yellowstone).
They show up promptly, and when you get your laundry back – also promptly – it smells so good, it’s so neatly folded, they separate the clothes by category (they keep pajamas together, pants together, sets of sheets together, etc.), put blouses on hangers, AND they tie up all the separate piles with yellow ribbon. The pickup/​delivery guy is a living doll as well.

I had no problem with the drop off service. They did a great job and even ironed and hung my shirts. Good service, fair price.

Though the do your laundry well, they are very misleading with the price. When you call them they quote $ 0.85/pound yet that’s not what they actually charge. We just had 32 pounds laundered and they charged us $ 30.10, which comes out to $ 0.94/pound. I called them and asked the price again and again the attendant claimed $ 0.85. I proceeded to tell her how much they charged me for the 32 pounds and then she said well it’s $ 8 dollars for the first 6 pounds. Which comes out to $ 1.33/pound. I will not be using their services again.

Found this place when the elevator in our building was being upgraded for 2 months and didn’t feel like going outside and around the block to do our laundry.
At first we were dropping off and picking up, then realized why bother if they pick up and deliver for free.
They do a very nice job and fold up the laundry so nicely. I seriously have never had my clothes folded so neatly, and tied up with ribbon too!
We figured it out that it’s only a couple extra bucks for them to do it for us, and it saves us time and energy.
I don’t know if we’re going to go back to doing laundry ourselves anymore… what’s the point when the folks at Yellowstone do such a great job?!?

Sent me bedding here. They came, picked it up, and dropped it off on time. Friendly service too (unlike their competition on Burns and 68^th; she scared me!). My comforter was in plastic and the sheets wrapped in ribbon. Everything smelled great and was very clean. Reasonable prices! I am going to always use them now.

This little place is clean and never that crowded. They are not a 24 hour business so you have to make it within their hours. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. They only have a few larger load machines. There is a small sitting area with a television where we usually eat our Chinese take out from Dumpling Café right across the street as we wait for our clothes to dry. There is usually parking right in front of the store. They are a great little family owned business.
