Brought in a nice Banana Republic cardigan with ten other articles of clothes for dry clean. No problem, pick up next Tuesday. When we picked up on Saturday, the man complained first that the buttons were already off and could not dry clean it as a result. After exchange of blame, the man snatched clothes away from our hands saying: «You can sue me you damned Americans.» We called the police, and they still resisted to give us our clothes back. After several customers showed up and we refused to move away, the woman asked the man to bring back our clothes. The man said: «You know what happened to your sweater.» I said: «Yes we do. I wore it right before I took it to your store, and it was not like this. I know exactly what happened to my sweater, and you do too.» The man apparently felt guilty and walked away. Reading the reviews from other customers on Unilocal,we just realized that we were the most recent victims of this dry cleaning shop. AVOID this dry cleaner by all means. They ruined a pair of shorts and the woman(tailor) told me that she was going to clean them again. I told her thanks, but I needed them for tomorrow, so not to bother. If she could remove the $ 4 from my bill that I paid to clean them, I wanted to pay her the remaining $ 35 of my bill. She told me that I couldn’t pick up the rest of my clothes until she washed the shorts again, and SNATCHED my clothing away from me. Police were called in order to release my clothes because she would not bring them back up front.

Came in to get 2 pants hemmed and a jacket button repaired. Came out one satisfied customer. One of the pants was just a simple cut and sew, the other was a lined dress-pant. $ 8 and $ 12 respectively. Both were altered quite nicely. I thought my jacket button would have required a bit more work. It was a decorative button on the side and the jacket had an interior lining. I was worried that for $ 2, they would just sew the button back on and disregard the lining, but when I got my jacket back you couldn’t even tell the button ever fell off — and I inspected the lining pretty closely, for the life of me I can’t figure out how she got in there! Best $ 2 I ever spent.
