The church that I attend had a concert last week and I needed a red top. I found a few tops that I really liked, but wasn’t quite convinced which one to actually purchase. Everyone including the security guard was very helpful. So there were (2) tops that I decided to purchase, however, there was a lady that came out of the back wearing a red top that I simply fell in love with and I asked one of the sales ladies on the floor if she had another one and she told me yes and in record time, she brought the top over to me. I wore it to the concert and the top was an instant hit with everyone. Thank you New York and Co., you’ll be seeing me back real soon! Love your styles! Diane K.

Love their clothing line especially from Eva Mendez. However, TERRIBLE associates! I’m so very disgusted with how numerous workers treat you like crap. I have written to customer service several times and never gotten back a response. Let’s just put it like this: if your manager is not on point– the store probably won’t be functioning like it is supposed to be. Tiffany insulted me when I asked her for assistance to find a dress– same size, but newer since it was damaged. She responded with a smirk on her face and said «that’s a return… we don’t have anymore» She didn’t offer to help me order online or even bother to look. Another sales associate was amused with her response and just started to crack up. I’m sorry girls– I know I am Asian — but not all Asians buy and return.

I used to shop in this store a lot in the past but like others reveiewers mentioned, you see a lot of people with the clothes, I went in and picked up some solid blouses and sweaters that were on sale. I was pissed that I didnt have a coupon because in a week or two the clothes I purchased will be marked down. The store is a lot smaller than other stores and it was quite crowded. Staff were pleasant enough and I would check out some items if I need to again.

Recent visit in my former hood to uplift my wardrobe in bringing life went flat.
Two pairs of tights totals $ 18.00 as I did not see anything that spark my interest. Lack of sales, promotions and fashion decline my interest at New York & Company. The checkout line in this location is always full of clutter surrounding it and customers always jump the line as the person behind me. To prevent this dishonest shady person from jumping in front of me I had to reprimand her with a stern: «I was on line in front of you, understand?!!»

This is a small NY&CO where you won’t find the most helpful employees. Honestly, if you’ve shopped at one NY&CO then you know what to expect in another. Office clothes that you may see someone else in your office wearing. Their sizes run a little bigger which is why I wasn’t able to fit into their clothes the first time I worked for them (at their flagship in Manhattan).

One of those stores where when you see someone on the train or in the office wearing a bright polyester blend loud print blouse you think to yourself «NY&CO»
I used to come here for pants because they always have deals and they also use Glamour sizing, I am literally 2 sizes smaller in their clothes. SWEET. but thats the only thing sweet about it. I recently went in here because they had a «buy one get one free» pants deal, and I could not find 2 pairs I would want. They are all the same styles from 5 or 6 years ago when I first bought pants here, mid rise bootcut, grey, black and brown. BORING. They also have a weird stretchy pant fake trouser that I cant imagine looking good on anyone.
The blouses and shirts are too loud and again boring, they have button downs and cardigans and loud polyester blouses.
If you have no sense of style but have to dress business for work, go here and buy anything.
the shoes and purses look cheap.
Also this is another store with inflated prices that ALWAYS have a coupon, so don’t attempt shopping here without one!
