The staff is incredibly unprofessional!!! I called twice to schedule a appointment. The first time I didn’t have my calendar with me. When I called again the girl hung up on me. She picked up and slammed the phone down. I guess they have called I.D. I’m infuriated! She’s a horrible person.

Shouldn’t even get a star! Just like previous reviews, horrible staff and no one cares because most clients are referred in. I spoke with three different receptionists and the first was pleasant and gave me hope for this horribly reviewed place. She gave me a lot of answers for my inquisitive self and assisted me with making my appointment. She asked about my insurance and other information. Then I told her let me call back when I know my schedule.(UPDATE: I’m unsure if she was even correct with the information given.) Brings me to this morning, where I spoke to the second receptionist whom was not in a good mood at all. Umm. It’s the morning, chipper up! I give her my spell about my skin tags and wanting to make an appointment. She tells me I can just walk in, i tell her, «I rather not walk in because I do not live in Queens, the last thing I want is to be waiting for an hour for no scheduled appointment.» She then proceeded to start making the appointment then asks me to hold. NOTE:I don’t understand companies or doctors that can stay with a company whose«door openers,» «welcomers,» staff are the least from pleasant. They are just as much as part of the experience, they set the tone. They should be well informed and trying to get people in the schedule. Who knows what I would end up doing. This gives the doctor, Dr. Tamara Moss, the bad name. She’s the only name you will really get out of anyone. Which brings me to the last receptionist, Francesca. Who more likely just got thrown into the mess but instead of being accommodating, clammed the fuck up! She ends up taking me off hold to just reiterate their welcome spell. I’m ticked now, and want to know everybody’s name. She gave me hers after pulling teeth and the managers,(which she mumbled out). Whatever! I do it to tick them off, no one likes saying their name. It’s actually funny to me. Anyway she’s like I need a referral and you can’t make an appointment without one and her manager said the same thing. I asked to speak to the manager and all of a sudden he couldn’t be reached because he is in a meeting with DR. TAMARAMOSS. (I hope the staff end up reading this and know I will be reporting you to the better business bureau! Hopefully, Francesca relays that message I told her as well!) Their website hasn’t being functional for months… IFYOUWANTSOMEDRAMAINYOURLIFE… I would highly recommend you try out their bs! IFYOUWANTTOSTAYSANE… Just stay away, do yourself a favor!

As a long time patient I walked in without an appointment when there was only one client in the waiting room and was treated horribly. The office staff is beyond rude they make you feel very unwelcome.

This place sucks and blows at the same time, what waste of my precious time, unfriendly staff(talking about other clients) and lack of knowledge. Who goes here? What is the deal with this place…

unfriendly staff, poorly run business. dont go here. had to wait 1h for my apt which was then cancelled. dont waste your time here, there are plenty of other places to go!
