Like the only other two reviews, it’s always a pleasure when John is there. Like yesterday when it was raining he provided a plastic bag as well as an umbrella that someone left behind so that my laundry and self wouldn’t get wet in the rain. He also saw that I had a machine full of white wash and he kindly added water bleach for me.
As for prices it’s reasonable, BECAUSE it’s Forest Hills, and if people have machines in their building I don’t understand why they wouldn’t use it in the first place.
It’s never too crowded in here either, probably because I’m there early morning but I’d continue to give them my business until I move.

When I come I enjoy it when john is here! He leaves this place spotless and is always so friendly! When the young guy is here he always seems to leave a mess for john to clean up the next day!

Always a pleasure to see John unfortunately John is not the owner John went on vacation this week and the owner of the business decided without warning customers that he was going to raise the prices of machines he has no sign in place there are no renovations and his excuse for raising the prices without warning customers at least two weeks in advance is rent is going up hello it’s Forest Hills aren’t goes up every year join the club you cannot raise prices in a business without first notifying your customers of the change you don’t wait until they put their laundry in the machine and then they realize instead of putting 8⁄4 they now need to put 10 of four dollar wash has now jumped up one dollar from $ 4-​$ 5 ridiculous way too expensive for the dump of a laundry mat A rather do laundry in my building
