Forest Hills Massage Therapy

My family has received exceptional care and service from this location for many years. I can say without a doubt that they are the best in the business. I personally have been working with Aric for 4 years, and during every single appointment he has helped me tremendously in the rehabilitation of my sports injuries. He is also easy to talk to and overall a really nice and witty person. I won’t go anywhere else because this location provides the best possible care. They can help you too.

I was really hoping for something here, since I live so close. I have back issues due to my work and after a pretty bad night, I was hoping to schedule a massage and get relaxed, as my back was a seized bundle of nerves.
Unfortunately I never got to the massage, since the office gave me the runaround. I called in to schedule a 30 min Swedish massage and was told that the first available appointment was at 11am. I confirmed that 11am was a good time for me and gave all of my info to the receptionist, confirming again that my appointment was at 11am. Not ten minutes after I got off the phone did I get a call back from the office, saying that the massage therapist had a conflict and would I be able to reschedule my massage to 2pm? A little irked since my day was now thrown out of whack, I agreed, figuring that at least I’d get a little relief from my terrible back pain. Again I confirmed that the new time was 2pm.
Just 5 minutes ago I received another phone call from said office telling me that now the therapist would not be able to come in at all and I’d need to reschedule my appointment for another day. That was enough for me. I even asked if they had someone else available and said that this was the only therapist scheduled… Well what, are you closing your whole business for the day then?
Unfortunately they have lost my business for good now. I was hoping to establish a relationship with that office due to the good reviews here and the convenience of the location. If you can’t keep your story strait and you want to give me the run around, you aren’t getting a second chance. If this office truly only has one therapist a day, the receptionists should make sure that they know that one person’s schedule to the letter to better facilitate clients.
In the end all I get is a negative Unilocal review to write and a bottle of ibuprofen to try and settle this back pain.

Amazing knowledge of the therapists allows for unbelievable massages!!! Had a foot problem for 2 years. Had been to podiatrist, received injections, etc. After 2 massages, I was cured!!!

I cannot believe I’ve lived here for nearly five years and never heard of this place. It was, without a doubt, one of the top five massages I’ve ever received in my life.
