Complete Neurological Care

If you intend on having an appointment at this place be ready to spend your entire day in the office. Every time I’ve gone (I’ve been a patient for a couple of years and today finally had enough) its been a 2 – 4 hour wait to see a PA for 2 mins. Its completely ridiculous the way they triple book appointments — go to sign in and you will see 2 – 3 other people signed in before you with the same appointment time. Today I was there for 2 hours, the PA had only called 2 people in that time. There were still 2 people ahead of mean which would mean another 2 hours! I walked out and won’t be going back. Like I said, I’ve been a patient for a couple of years and its been getting worse and worse. Choose this place at your own risk and only if you have lots of time to waste.

I would try to avoid this establishment at all costs. The only reason I’m giving this place one star is because the doctor referred me to an amazing neurologist (which happened to be by accident) who isn’t a part of their practice. Otherwise, I didn’t find any of the staff to be friendly and the doctor’s/PA’s bedside manner are far from wonderful. I’m not one to be highly critical of anything as I appreciate everyone in any profession who is servicing me for anything; but when it comes to my health, I expect top notch service. Unfortunately, I can’t say this place delivers that, and I’m particularly turned off by the front desk after one of the younger girls made a rude remark to her colleagues out loud about the length of time I spent with the doctor. Never mind the fact that she avoided eye contact with me while she said it and pretended like I wasn’t standing in front of all of them. Now if that isn’t unprofessional, I don’t know what is.

The office is very busy. I met with Dr. Virginia and Dr. Patel both of whom are nice.
If I need to make several suggestions for the sake of the office’s improvements, I would like to see:
A more organized administrative service: Please make sure the patients have the correct files! Take special care not to mix up with the names.
The old lady assistant, Nina, could have been more friendly. Front desk staff are okay considerating being so busy all day long.
Lastly, the speaking English of several staff should be improved.

I was referred to Complete Neurological Care by my PCP for an ongoing lower back pain radiating to both my legs. Upon arrival I wasn’t expect much as sadly medical care and in particular the attention given to patients has decline over the years; but let me tell you I was truly dumbstruck. While Dr. Edgars was not in, I was seen by Dr. Leonid Iskhakov who would change my opinion on the current trend and decline of medical service. Dr. Iskhakov is by far one of the most attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring doctors I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. After a thorough evaluation, a series of electrodiagnostic tests were conducted followed by MRI.
I hear amazing things about Dr. Edgars and Dr. Patel however, I will not choose the road less traveled as Dr. Iskhakov is the model of what all doctors should strive to be.
