Bridal Palace

Don’t EVER go to this place, the mother is soooo rude, she has a heavy accent and think she can speak to you anyway and must accept what she is saying. I had to put her in her place. The daughter Sharon is a psycho that takes cigarette breaks often and forget things. They don’t know how to deal with customers. Worst service I have ever experienced planning my wedding. They make promises and not come through. They made my item and it look HORRIBLE and they attempt to «fixed» it 3x and it still wasn’t fixed. Brides pleaseeeee stay away. If you want your special day to be stress free stay away from this horrible crappy place. After dealing with these two psychos over the summer. I finally got a chance to write my review on here and I hope I can help someone out of coming here. So funny that I found this horrible place on Unilocal.Wish I had paid attention to that review that girl made in 2014. These people made me cry because they keep giving me the run around, broken promises and when they call me that my item was ready BUT it wasn’t ready because it looked horrible… oh boy… When it was «ready» for the second time it look soooo horrible AGAIN but not as bad as the first time (almost there) but Still bad. 3^rd time a charm? Yeah right! Horrible. I Had to take it because it was getting close to my wedding in the fall. You guys at Bridal palace do better with your customer service!!! What a NIGHTMARE!!! I should have known to walk out when I got there because no customers came in and I was there for a few hrs picking out my item. Run!!!

Tova is the best. She did an awesome job with my bridal gown. I got so many compliments on my wedding night. She cooperated with every thing I wanted! But her seamstress did not any English. Thank you so much Tova:))))

This place is under new management and I personally had a great experience. Rented a custom wedding dress from them. My dress came out stunningly

The worst place you could possibly buy your wedding dress. Please save yourself the stress of working with these people!!! The dresses aren’t bad but the service sucks. I got my dress in January, the dress was supposed to be ready in February (the owner promised it would be). It was sitting perfectly on me, just a bit of alterations were necessary. Its mid-​June and my dress still isn’t ready. I’m so stressed out. I already paid more then half for the dress. I’m ready to take my money back and go look else where two weeks before my wedding. Like I said before, save yourself the headache!
